Hello everyone
Sorry iv been incredibly quiet and not doing lessons etc truthfully iv been incredibly poorly starting off with the sickness episode it has escalated since then.
So mental health took a huge hit 1st of all im on medication and getting therapy.
Then I got the sickness bug which left me physically depleted- i kept going probably shouldn’t have- looking back at it.
I got a tooth infection went to the dentist 2x they said they couldn’t find it- i knew it was there-they’d didn’t believe me, and because they had already seen me and referred me to hospital for treatment they refused to give further treatment.
So this then spread to my ear and sinus infections i eventually got antibiotics last Thursday and painkillers, I’m unbelievably exhausted and still in a lot of pain and discomfort and definitely not out the woods as still may need to go to a and e as there’s nothing more the doctors can do any further either.
I’m trying my best to get well and i feel dreadful for letting everyone down and not doing lessons or riding horses but you are pay for my service and if im not 100% then i can’t teach you to the best of my abilities so please bare with me i miss you all and im hoping my run of illnesses is going to end soon. On top of all this i have stage 4 endometriosis so im also battling that at the same time. Again thank you big love and always check in on others xx #hmequineservices #FYP #endometriosisawareness #mentalhealth #chronicillnessawareness by @holliephillips21
