A little Halloween nostalgia… 🎃🖤 The kids were smaller, the costumes were different, and we’ve certainly had some memorable Halloweens along the way! #happyhalloween by @hollybrisley

Only Arabella Gibson could throw a floral garden party as fabulous, outrageous and utterly unforgettable as she is. One of my favourite humans on the planet, and an absolute original. 🌸💕

There was singing, choreographed dancing, and Arabella wielding a chair like a seasoned cabaret star……..Naturally 😂😆😂

The speeches were some of the best I’ve ever heard, and a beautiful reminder of just how many wonderful qualities one woman can possess.

An extraordinary mother, a formidable businesswoman, a passionate advocate for others, wickedly funny, fiercely loyal, endlessly generous, an all-round top bird and, thankfully, just the right amount of lunatic. 😉

Arabella, you are a force of nature, and it’s an absolute joy to be your friend. Love you
💓😍✨

So lucky to have been invited to the very first intimate, residential @artoflivingau breathwork and meditation retreat of its kind, spending three magical nights together in a beautiful Byron Bay home designed by @jasesullivan, who also joined us for the experience, making it all the more special.

We immersed ourselves in the Art of Living Happiness Program, learning SKY (Sudarshan Kriya), a powerful rhythmic breathing practice, alongside meditation, our own personal mantra and some beautifully simple wisdom around happiness, intuition and living well.

It arrived at exactly the right moment. ✨

I don’t think I realised quite how much I needed to stop - to quieten the noise and calm my body and mind, creating the space to set intention, tap into intuition and let life flow in its truth.

And amongst all that stillness, there was so much laughter and beautiful connection, Ayurvedic facials with @shankara, learning the art of foot massage and detox rituals, nourishing food and some of the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time.
I’m so excited to make what I’ve learnt a daily ritual - a little space each day to breathe, meditate and reset; to create more clarity and connection.

So much gratitude to our beautiful teachers @padidehfazelzadeh and @andye for sharing their knowledge and wisdom so generously, to @stickysarah and @saskalily for bringing this special experience together, and to the whole @artoflivingau team, including our wonderful chefs @dr_aleksandra_33 and @youandwellness_ for volunteering your time and nourishing us with incredible food made with love from your hearts. 🙏

…and a very special thank you to my gorgeous friend @lizzidayneymorrissey . 💗

Beautiful new friendships, a quieter mind and so much to take home with me. ✨ The kids have already commented on how zen I am! by @hollybrisley

Feeling incredibly lucky to have been invited to stay at Lodge Lorien in Glenorchy — often called the edge of the world, as it’s the last town before the wilderness begins.

The kind of place that makes you slow down without even trying —
peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully done in every detail.

Still not over it.

New Zealand… quick question.

Where are the hobbits?
Who approved these views?
Why does every corner look like a movie set?

I was promised magic.

Instead I got:
mountains that don’t make sense,
water that looks filtered in real life,
and the overwhelming urge to move here immediately.

Not what I expected…. it was a thousand times better 😁🥰😉

🤍 Last week, Brisbane woke up to this beautiful tribute to Jamie Dunn at Paddington Skate Park

Seeing his face there, in the city he was such a huge part of feels right.

He brought so much joy and laughter into people’s lives — mine included.
One of those polarising people you loved or hated… often both at the same time 😄

Grateful for the memories, the encouragement, and the impact he had on so many of us.

A true legend of Australian TV and radio. I’ve loved seeing all the tributes out there — keep them coming. 🙏

Heartbroken to hear of the passing of Jamie Dunn today — a true legend of Australian TV and radio, and so incredibly talented.

Jamie was instrumental in giving me my very first job in television. That opportunity changed the course of my life and career.

He was always so kind to me on set, always checking in to see how I was going. And he was absolutely wet-yourself funny — I’m sure at times I did!

We reunited on Studio 10 some years ago, and just last April I received a photo message from Jamie and Peter Clay saying hello. I treasure that now.

Thinking of his wife Maree and all of Jamie’s friends and family tonight.
Thank you for believing in me at the very beginning, Jamie. I’ll always be grateful. ❤️

Thank you @aacta for a wonderful night. Congratulations to all the nominees and award recipients. Well done!

Might have loved the green wall a little too much! 🤓😝

I didn’t realise part of the initiation process into @management11_official is having to piggyback your new manager across the red carpet on industry night at the @aacta awards. Nailed it! 😆🤣😇 #tracylemin #aactaawards #somuchfun by @hollybrisley

Very proud to be represented by @management11_official as of late last year. This is where you will find me! Tracy you are amazing and I’m so thrilled to be on the books with such exceptional talent, who are not only beautiful inside and out but also lots of fun! 😁 by @hollybrisley
