I went to the Mike Ferry Superstar Retreat expecting to learn more about real estate, but some of my biggest takeaways applied to life far beyond business. Action creates momentum. Your environment matters. Confidence comes from doing the work, and learning to manage your emotions helps you keep moving forward through every high and low. Sometimes the lesson you need finds you where you least expect it 🤍 And thank you to @propertiesbysouthern for sponsoring my premium seat and giving me such an up-close experience. Can’t wait to get to work! ✨ by @homeswithamandang
Excited to share that I’m now working alongside Patrick Southern at SERHANT. With over 20 years of experience, @propertiesbysouthern and his team have built something exceptional, and I’m excited to be part of what they’re continuing to build. I’m looking forward to growing within it and learning from that experience. Most importantly, I’m excited for what this means for our clients, from greater access to opportunities to an even higher level of service. Looking forward to what’s ahead. by @homeswithamandang
🚨 **WAIT… WHY ARE WE STILL RENTING?!** 🚨 I’m seriously SO excited about this new buyer incentive at **ONE JONES PARK** in Hamilton Park, Jersey City!! 🤯🏡 Let’s talk numbers for a second… 💸 Renting a 1-bedroom apartment in Downtown Jersey City can easily cost close to **$4,000/month**, and that’s BEFORE all the additional fees! 🐶 Pet fees 🗑️ Trash fees 🏋️ Amenity fees 🚗 Parking fees ...the list goes on! And you’re not necessarily getting the **SPACE, QUALITY, OR FINISHES** that One Jones Park offers. ✨ **NOW HERE’S THE EXCITING PART!** ✨ The developer just rolled out a **3-2-1 MORTGAGE RATE BUYDOWN INCENTIVE**, helping qualified buyers significantly reduce their mortgage payments during the first three years! 🏡 **UNIT 2D** even comes with its own PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE! 💰 With the new incentive, an illustrative first-year mortgage payment could be as low as **$3,082/MONTH in principal and interest!** Yes, you read that right! 🤯 Imagine putting your money toward a home of your OWN, enjoying beautiful Italian craftsmanship, thoughtfully designed interiors, and the quality of new construction in one of Jersey City’s most desirable neighborhoods. **THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS!** 🔥 🚪 **COME BY OUR OPEN HOUSE THIS WEEKEND!** Photos and videos truly don’t do this building justice. You NEED to experience the craftsmanship, finishes, and quality in person to understand what makes One Jones Park so special. 📍 One Jones Park | Hamilton Park, Jersey City 📲 DM me **”JONES PARK”** for pricing, floor plans, and a personalized mortgage breakdown! #OneJonesPark #JerseyCityRealEstate #HamiltonPark #JerseyCityCondos #NewConstruction by @homeswithamandang

The floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian craftsmanship, beautiful kitchen finishes, and thoughtful details throughout make the quality immediately noticeable. It’s all in the details ✨ One of my favorite things about selling new construction is getting to walk through homes where you can tell how much thought went into every finish. From the warm wood tones and gold accents to the curved walls, custom wet bar, textured feature wall and spa-like primary bath, 206 Sherman Ave is such a good example of modern design that still feels warm and inviting. 📍 206 Sherman Ave, Jersey City Heights 3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms 2 residences currently available Want to see it in person?
