5 quick picks. Answer fast, no overthinking.

🍳 Dark kitchen or tiny yard
🚗 One bathroom or a long commute

the house we almost offered on 😬

we both knew something was off. neither of us could remember what. then i found the voice memo i'd recorded in the driveway: check the water stain in the hall closet.

Asking our agent before we offer. Tag who you tour with 👇

Standing in a kitchen with no idea what to look at? Open the room. 📲

HomeThoughts gives every room a short list of what to notice while you are standing in it.

🍳 Kitchen: counters, cabinets, appliance age, light, water pressure
🛁 Bathroom: water pressure, ventilation, fixtures, mold or staining

Then say what you see, snap it, or type it. It saves to that room of that house.

Free to download. Get it on the App Store: link in bio.

turns out i'd typed it into HomeThoughts standing in that kitchen: "pantry is tiny." case closed.

Ask these 4 questions instead of “So, what did you think?” 🚗

Four for the driveway instead.

Before you pull away from each house:
1. A number out of 10, each of you, before you talk about it.
2. One thing you'd miss if we passed.
3. One thing we'd need to check before we'd come back.
4. Its nickname.
About a minute a house.

🎙️ Buyers with HomeThoughts can say their answers into a voice memo saved under that home.

📌 Save this for Saturday's showings.

Text your agent before Saturday. These 10 are worth asking. 📱

🏠 Roof, heating, cooling, water heater
📄 Disclosures, water damage, claims
💲 Days listed, offers, HOA, taxes
📦 What stays, and when the sellers need to move

Some answers will come back as "not sure yet", and that is fine. You walk in knowing what to look at.

Saved the home in HomeThoughts already? Its page lists questions for the facts the listing left out, ready to send. Free.
