After 14 years in low tox, I don’t say this lightly, this is the is the new standard I’ve been waiting for, and it’s finally here in the US. Fresh, intentional, and made with the kind of care I’m proud to put my name behind. Comment FRESH and I’ll personally be sending you all the info.

I used to think consistent people were just more disciplined.

Turns out they just have better systems.

✔️ Phone reminders
✔️ Habit stacking
✔️ Simple routines built into the day

Because the truth is… no one remembers everything.

Consistency usually comes down to structure.

Small systems that make healthy habits easier to follow.

This is what realistic wellness actually looks like.

Not doing more.
Just setting up your day in a way that supports you.

I stopped apologizing for these somewhere after 35 and never looked back. by @homewithkaren

Not to be dramatic, but the question I get asked more than anything else is what I put on my skin, so I’m finally sharing it all here.

After 14 years of living low tox, I’ve tried just about everything, and for a long time I believed clean skincare and real results couldn’t exist in the same bottle. I’d buy the “natural” option, feel good about the ingredient list, and still look in the mirror at 2pm wondering why my skin looked so tired.

What changed everything was switching to skincare that’s made fresh, twice a week, with no synthetic preservatives and nothing added just to help it sit on a shelf longer. It’s bioactive, science-backed plant power, and at 40, my skin feels softer and more hydrated than it did in my thirties.

You don’t have to throw out everything in your bathroom tomorrow, because that’s never been how I do things around here. Start with one swap, see how your skin feels, and go from there.

Comment STEAL and I’ll send you my full routine, plus a $25 off code so you can start your own 🤍 by @homewithkaren

Here’s what I want you to know. These aren’t random, and they aren’t you being dramatic.

When your stress hormones stay high for too long, your body finds the most inconvenient, kind of embarrassing ways to tell you, the stress sweat, the blotchy red neck, reading the same email five times, the under-eye circles no concealer can cover, the skin that suddenly feels like it belongs to someone else.

If you saw yourself in more than a few of these, you’re not broken. You’re depleted, and depleted is fixable.

Comment CORTISOL and I’ll send you my free guide with the 7 simple, realistic things I actually do to bring my cortisol down, plus what stress and hormone shifts do to your skin and the extra support that’s helped me. by @homewithkaren

November feels like a good time to be a little more intentional about the life we’re building, not just the habits we’re keeping.

More time for ourselves. More memories with the people we love. More confidence in our choices. Less comparison, less overthinking, and less waiting for the perfect time to enjoy our lives. by @homewithkaren

Millennial women have officially entered their “I’m reading the ingredient label AND the room” era. 🤎 by @homewithkaren

The little trick is adding protein and a bit of steadiness so your coffee isn’t just caffeine hitting an empty stomach, and honestly they taste like something you’d pay six dollars for.

☕️Salted vanilla protein latte
• your coffee or a shot of espresso
• one scoop of collagen
• a splash of frothed milk
• half a teaspoon of vanilla
• a tiny pinch of sea salt
• a dust of cinnamon on top

🍫Cozy cacao mocha
• your coffee
• one scoop of collagen
• a teaspoon of raw cacao
• warm milk
• a little cinnamon or a drizzle of maple

🤎Iced cinnamon protein coffee
• cold brew
• one scoop of collagen
• your creamer or milk
• a big shake of cinnamon, blended so it goes all frothy on top

The collagen I use in all three packs ten grams of protein from three different organic sources, and it has five types of collagen that target hair, skin, nails, joints, and gut health, plus hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, so it is literally working from the inside out to give you that glowy skin.

If you want the code to my favorite collagen, comment BREW and I will send it right over! by @homewithkaren

After 14 years in the low tox space, I’ve stopped being impressed by “clean” on a label, because real intentionality shows up in how something is made. This skincare is made fresh in tiny batches, with no synthetic preservatives and cosmos certified natural and organic, and every detail from the formulas to the washcloth it comes wrapped in is done on purpose.

Great skincare doesn’t have to be complicated, you just need the RIGHT few products for your skin. It’s finally here in the US, so comment FRESH and I’ll send you my quick skin quiz, help you build a routine that fits you, and share my $25 off code. 🍃 by @homewithkaren

If you’re the woman who holds it all together, this one’s for you.

High-functioning doesn’t mean healthy. It usually means your nervous system has been compensating for a long time, and your body is starting to tell on you.

The wakeups. The wired-but-tired. The stubborn belly that won’t move. The Sunday crash.

It’s not who you are. It’s what’s happening to you. And it’s fixable.

Save this. Share it with the friend(s) who needs it. And if you want my quick guide with 7 Free Ways to Lower Your Cortisol comment CORTISOL and I’ll send it your way. by @homewithkaren
