Consider this my official little introduction. 🤎

I’m Le, a new mom, new homeowner, corporate girlie working from home, and longtime planner girl who is currently figuring out what it looks like to make our first house feel like us.

Around here, you’ll find a little bit of everything I genuinely enjoy: home projects, motherhood, everyday life, and things I’m shopping for (and probably don’t need 😂)

If any of that sounds like your kind of content, hi 👋🏾 I think you’ll like it here. by @homewiththeperezs

Our first unexpected homeowner repair is officially in the books. 😅🏡

When the refrigerator stopped cooling, but the freezer was still working, my husband decided to see if he could figure it out before we started talking about hiring someone.

One replacement fan, a VERY overdue cleaning behind the fridge 😂 and a little DIY later…we have a working refrigerator again. 🙌🏾

Thankfully, this one had a happy ending.

Seven months old and somehow getting funnier, faster and more opinionated by the day.

See you next month. 🥹 by @homewiththeperezs

Apparently, daylight saving time is supposed to give us an extra hour of sleep. Must be nice.

Meanwhile, my son has a very strict 6 AM wake-up schedule, and I have a feeling he won’t be accepting any changes to his routine.

So I guess 5 AM it is! Who else has a tiny alarm clock that doesn’t come with a snooze button? 😂 by @homewiththeperezs

Baby’s first Christmas is way too special to spend the whole month of December scrambling. 🥹🎄

So this year, we’re starting early.

Between work, daycare, family photos, decorating our first home, gifts, traditions and all the little things we want to remember from his first Christmas… I already know it’ll take us longer than we think.

I put together a simple 10-week Christmas prep checklist based on what we’re actually doing each week so that by December, hopefully there’s a little less planning and a lot more enjoying.

Save this one and come back each week if you’re getting ready for Christmas with a little one too. 🎄✨ by @homewiththeperezs

Baby’s first Babyween party!🎃 Costumes, pumpkins, snacks, little favors… the 7 babies had a better party than most adults! 😂 by @homewiththeperezs
