POSTS STORIES REELS

This mama’s boy watched Endgame in 2019. Today he watched it again 🍿

At 11 I couldn’t hold a conversation. Now I talk to a camera every single day.

The movie didn’t change. I did.

What were you like when you first watched Endgame? 👇

Day 24/30

Day 1 started at 2:30 in the morning. Day 30 ends the same way.

I posted, you watched. Here’s what 30 days actually taught me: nothing. I unlearned things instead.

In the first 15 days, you saved my reels 25 times. In the last 14, 115 times. That’s the number I cared about.

So no more daily posting. From now on, I post only when it’s worth your save. And I’m building a healthcare startup. You’ll see all of it.

Thank you for every view, comment and save.

What’s one thing you unlearned this year?

Plan for the best case. Prepare for the real one.
Day 29/30.

The reply takes 30 seconds. The dread lasts 4 days.

You’re not lazy. Every time you open the chat and close it again, the dread drops, and your brain learns that avoiding it feels good. So it makes you avoid it again.

Meanwhile the message stays the same size. The dread just keeps growing.

Open the chat. Type it. Send it in under 60 seconds. Don’t reread it.

I sent mine before filming this. Your turn.

Save this for the next time you leave someone on read.

“Nice” kills conversations. 💀
Ask about what they just said instead.
Harvard found follow-up questions make people like you more.
Try one tonight. Comment how it went 👇

Try this before you sleep tonight 👇

Close your eyes. Don’t think. Just wait for your next thought.

It will show up on its own, and you won’t be the one who picked it. Most of the time it’s something you just watched, or something you’re worried about. Psychologists call that second kind “current concerns.”

Comment the first thought that showed up for you. Save this so you remember to try it tonight.

148 deleted clips. And that’s not even one week of reels 😭

Every reel you’ve seen had a pile of takes behind it that died on the first line.

Starting today: 3 takes max. If a reel looks a bit rough this week, now you know why. Hold me to it.

Day 25/30

I said “basically” 4 times before recording this 😭

These words make you sound less sure than you actually are. I’m deleting them. Day one, same as you.

Screenshot the list and try going one day without “basically.”

Day 23/30

You don’t procrastinate because you’re lazy. You’re fixing a mood.

It’s a ___ that ___ by ___.
That’s all you need to explain anything to anyone.

Save this, then drop something hard to explain in the comments. I’ll do it in one line 👇

Day 22/30

#communicationskills #publicspeaking #studentlife #procrastination #explained by @host_jd_

You’re allowed to not know. You’re not allowed to mumble it.

Save this for your next viva or interview.

Day 21/30

#communicationskills #publicspeaking #confidence #studentlife #interviewtips by @host_jd_

You didn’t mess up the conversation. You’re messing up the aftermath.

Your brain replays awkward moments because it thinks it’s solving something. It’s not. The conversation’s over.

Tonight: write one line. “What would I do differently next time?” Then close the note. That’s the ending your brain was looking for.

Save this for the next time you’re up at 2am replaying something 🔁
Send it to the friend who’s still thinking about that one text.

Day 20/30 of posting daily.

POV: the sunk cost fallacy 🎱
You line up a shot, the table changes, and you take it anyway. Not because it’s still the right shot. Because you already decided on it.
That’s sunk cost. What you already put in should have no say in what you do next, but it always does.
Where are you taking the shot you planned instead of the one that’s actually there? 👇
