HOTFLO BINGO is officially LIVE 🔥💛

Our morning crew already has cards in hand — and a few of you filled 2–3 squares before 7AM. We see you. 👀

How it works:
➡️ Grab a card at the front desk
➡️ Take the class, do the action, mark the square
➡️ Have your instructor SIGN the square — no signature, it doesn’t count
➡️ One class fills its own square. The + squares (high-five, selfie, bring a friend) stack on the same visit. Center square is FREE.

Five in a row — across, down, or diagonal — is BINGO. Fill the whole card and that’s a BLACKOUT.

THE GRAND PRIZE 🏆
Every completed line = 1 entry in the drawing. Blackout = 5 entries. One winner, drawn December 3, takes the whole bundle: a $100 Aerie gift card, a $100 gift card to Randall’s Restaurant at The Legacy Club, and a free month at HOTFLO. Show your signed card at the front desk to log your entries.

Runs today through December 2. New cards at the front desk while they last.

It was never about the perfect shape, the hardest posture, or the highlight reel. It’s about what happens on your mat when you show up—the breath, the stillness, the presence you carry out the door with you.

That’s the yoga we teach. The real practice, in the heat, with all its added benefits. Nothing to prove. Just you, your mat, and the work.

And excuse me while I brag. HOTFLO, BY FAR, has THE BEST instructors—true experts in their discipline. They make me SO proud 💛 I’ve practiced at studios all over this area, all over the country, and internationally. I’ve seen good, better, great, and not so great. And I’ve seen a lot of ego. I’m proud that our teachers bring so much knowledge and heart to the room while keeping the focus where it belongs: on your practice.

Yoga isn’t broken. Yoga is what you make it. 💛

Four classes. Four chances to humble the boyfriends who thought Pilates was a silly little workout. Safe to say, the girls understood the assignment. 🤭🔥

This month, we hosted four special classes where members could bring their boyfriend or husband to take class together—on us! The energy was incredible, and we loved seeing everyone share the experience. We hope the guys had a great time, and we’d love to see you back at HOTFLO soon! 💛💛💫✨🫶 by @hotflostudios
