Alchemy series, pt. 5

Flooding is what happens when the emotion becomes the whole experience.
The work is not to make the feeling smaller.
Its to remember yourself inside of it.
To find your center again.
To let the emotion show you what its touching inside of you. by @house_of_soulshine

Alchemy series, pt. 3

Safety is making life bigger.

To become more anchored in ourselves and to feel and experience more of life. by @house_of_soulshine

Alchemy series, part 1.

Anything can become anything.
We are not just experiencing life.
We are participating in what it becomes within us.

Bring in the light. ✨ by @house_of_soulshine

We don’t need to find our light.

We can read a 1000 books, meet a 100 people who touch something deep within us, travel to sacred places, do breathwork and ayahuasca and have experiences that open us in ways we never expected. And all of those things can help us remember.

But our light doesn’t live in any of them.

It’s already here. It has been flowing through us from the moment we came into this world. Sometimes freely, brightly, fiercely, but sometimes buried deep within. Under the layers.

Maybe coming back to our light is about creating enough space within ourselves to feel it again.

Space to slow down and listen and soften.
To feel what is alive inside of us.
To let our energy move instead of trying to control, understand or contain it.

No one else can do that for us. They can sit beside us, reflect us back to ourselves and hold us while we remember, but that light we find there is always our own.

It is our birthright.
It is the natural expression of our soul.

Our light has always been here.

We just make space to let it shine. by @house_of_soulshine

Your desires are your soul pointing you home. Anything you're drawn to is drawn to you too. by @house_of_soulshine

What I received in Egypt, where SoulShine was born.
You don't have to hold everything. You can give it back. Release what doesn't serve and nurture you.
Let go of everything you think is stopping you. Just be.
If you are ready for greatness, step in. No excuses. No hiding. Find it within. Sit with yourself.
Don't be so afraid of your own power. Nothing can be more important than being the best YOU. All that you ARE is sacred. We are divine beings. There is nothing to lose if you walk your own path.
I love you unconditionally. All the parts of you you think are hard to love. There is only love. That is purity.
Receive the light. If you only understood, every day, how much light is upon you. It will heal you.
Nothing can be wrong if everything is love. by @house_of_soulshine

We are never lost, just being brought back to ourselves. by @house_of_soulshine

Your boundary is where the yes stops feeling good in your body. by @house_of_soulshine

For anyone in the middle of the falling, it isn't emptiness. It's the most real place to be. by @house_of_soulshine

I've traveled to beautiful places over the last few months.

Ibiza. Egypt. Qatar.

On the surface these seem like three separate journeys.
but underneath, all the same one.
The journey back to myself.

It asked me to go inward.
To stop performing and to feel my own edges.
To be a bit of a hermit, and to listen.
What returned was themes I thought I had already worked through. Patterns I thought I had already seen. Parts of myself I thought I had already reclaimed.
But life brought them back to me.

Not because I hadn't learned the lesson.
But because there was a deeper layer ready to be seen.
Healing, growth, self-discovery, they're not linear.
Life doesn't move in straight lines.
It moves in spirals.
We revisit the same places. The same themes. The same questions.
But each time from a new level of awareness. A deeper truth. A greater capacity. A fuller embodiment.

And to me that's the journey.
Not arriving. Not becoming someone new.
But continuously meeting ourselves more honestly. More fully. More deeply.
Layer by layer. by @house_of_soulshine
