This past Wednesday, Mosaic Memory Café gathered at Valade Park for our Mindful Movement Workshop by Tene Dismuke with The House Of Bastet.

Our mindful movement session gave community members a chance to stretch, move their bodies, breathe deeply, and make new connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.

If you know someone experiencing memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s, we invite you to join us for our FREE upcoming reception this Wednesday May 20th! as we celebrate the Mosaic Memory Café programming and the community we’ve built together.
