I’d rather have four quarters than a hundred pennies. Give me four people who keep their word, challenge my thinking, and bring the same intensity when the work gets ugly. I’ll invest in you. Share the blueprint. Open doors. But you’ve got to walk through them and do the work. Build with people who sharpen your vision and have the backbone to tell you when you’re falling short of it. Four quarters. A hundred pennies. Same value. Everybody wants a hundred people at the celebration. Give me four who show up when there’s nothing to celebrate and everything to lose. #buissness #leaderslead #Legendary #growth by @houseoflegendsmiami
Want to build a bigger chest and stronger triceps? It all comes down to your form! In this video, @coachyifrank breaks down the exact mechanics of how to target your chest (by leaning slightly forward) versus how to isolate your triceps (by keeping upright and leaning back).  Working your way up to a bodyweight dip? We’ve also included a quick look at banded dips a game changing modification we use at Legendary Fitness Kendall to help you build strength safely and effectively!  -Train with us at any of our locations: Cutler Bay, Doral, and Kendall! -Looking for more personalized guidance? If you’re training legs with me, come ready to WORK. 🔥 This sequence will have you earning that rest. This is how I build my lower-body strength sequence: ▪️ Barbell back squat — 6–8 reps Start with the compound lift. Challenge yourself with weight you can control and keep every rep honest. ▪️ Seated leg extension — 10–12 reps Go straight into focused quad work. Control the negative—lower slowly instead of letting the weight drop. ▪️ Dumbbell RDL — 10–12 reps Then target the posterior chain, emphasizing the hamstrings and glutes. Hips back, dumbbells close, control throughout. Rest after all three. Repeat for 3–4 total sets. The goal is to build strength while challenging my conditioning and getting more quality work into my training time. Keep the transitions tight, but take enough rest between sets to keep the weight moving with good technique. At Legendary, our strength days are built around movements that complement each other. The compound lift leads. The accessory work supports it. The effort is intentional. Save this for your next leg day and tell me which movement is going to humble you. 👇 #livelegendary #workouts by @houseoflegendsmiami
Bro to bro: Real brothers don’t compete. They push each other to become better men. Backstabbing has become so normal that people question loyalty when they find it. So when you find someone who celebrates your wins, checks you when you’re wrong, and pushes you toward goals you’ve been scared to chase—hold on to that brother. The one who holds you accountable when nobody’s watching deserves to stand beside you when everybody is. In a world full of fake friends, very few earn the title of brother. Send this to someone who’s earned it. 🤝 #Legends #legendary #fitness by @houseoflegendsmiami

You can build a business and still be the only person growing. For me, success has to mean more than that. It’s watching someone on your team become a leader. Seeing someone take a shot at their own dream because they watched you fight for yours. Giving people opportunities, then holding them accountable until they see what you saw in them. That takes more than ambition. It takes patience, hard conversations, and the confidence to let other people shine. If you’re building something, ask yourself: Are the people around me growing too? Because how far I go will only tell part of my story. Who goes further because of me will tell the rest. #the1percent #legendary #successmindset #motivation by @houseoflegendsmiami
