All college students that want to learn Real Estate Investing Please contact me! This program will cover wholesaling, Wholetailing, Flipping, New Construction, Hard Money lending, Private Lending , Creative Financing and more!

Duties: Your duties will cover cold calling, interacting with potential seller, Running comps, Finding buyers, Speaking with Real Estate agents and Realtors, Leaning Real Estate Systems and more….

There will be a minimum of 10 hours a week requirement!

Getting Paid: So essentially, you will get paid 20% of the profit for any deal that’s closed on. I will provide all the task and responsibilities that will need to be done.

This is a great opportunity to learn Real Estate Investing and get paid doing it!
