Watch until the end for a juicy little blooper, all credits to the African Tulipan flower🔥!

Just got out of my appointment, and my doctor told me I have to bring down the noise of all that is happening around me for a couple of days and relax and restore with nature. He has given me an interesting prescription:

A Finnish road trip in Lakeland while biking, kayaking, enjoying the sauna, and swimming in the lake, as well as driving through the majestic scenery, watching sunrises and sunsets in the summertime.

I said oh of course, my medicine is to chill like a Finn, that makes sense, as Finland is the happiest country in the world.

...

On another Note, I understand that Finland is happy for many reasons that scientists have studied; however, I think we do not give enough credit to how their mindset is responsible for said action, legislation, and structure.

Of course, healthy habits like sauna, connection to nature, strong welfare, and equality are key contributors to Finland being the happiest country; however, I think it has a lot to do with how Finns think and act, HONORING the future.

I love hearing that nature is a priority over greed.

The importance they give to sustainability and taking care of nature. These reciprocal relationships Finns build with nature have to do with ...

Jokaisenoikeudet,
Everyman's rights, which emphasize we are free to explore AND make responsible use of the land. What a beautiful way to operate based on trust and love for the generations to come that will enjoy the payoffs of sustainability. #chilllikeafinn by @huminharmony

Oh Mother's Day, what a day to reminisce about all the love you poured in me, mamita.

I love you forever!❤️ by @huminharmony

This is an ode to all those people who teach us that peace and love are the way.
The Shanti Virabhadrasana is an yoga pose (asana) that translates into Peaceful Warrior.

This includes teachers, mentors, educators, spiritual guides as well as anyone with a heart ready to help us end the war within ourselves. by @huminharmony

Hey, I am so happy to have posted my literary analysis on one of my favorite books EVER, The Awakening by Kate Chopin.

It is all about my interpretation of the symbolic elements, such as the bird and water imagery, and the deep emotional landscape translation of it.

I love authors who embed metaphors and symbolism, and the way Chopin does it gives me chills.

It looks like we only do two poses together for the camera, either hugging each other or bending backwards/being silly while Kyle holds me. ❤️ by @huminharmony

Don’t leave your doggo behind on your journeys, take a bit more time to plan ahead so you can experience the world with them.

Mr. Artemis joined us on our journey to Norcasia and our boat adventure on Río Miel. Can’t wait to take our boy to the US and Italy, and show him the rest of Colombia. by @huminharmony

Your emerald heart is the masterpiece. The heart that sprouts and blooms! 💚💚💚 by @huminharmony

So much gratitude seeing these co creations coming to life. The Emerald Heart retreat has me in creative mode and it has been so much fun coming up with ideas and getting other creatives on board to help me bring it to life.
