For our next mix, we present co-founder of Hang the Saints, Hunter.

Here she delivers her signature style, a track selection packed to the brim with ritualistic dark melodies over powerful drum work held together by the pulse.

Hunter fell in love with clubbing culture and techno music when living overseas, after moving back home she sharpened her craft and experience, becoming a well respected DJ/Promoter in her scene. Through her dedication she has gained residency at well respected and globally known club night/label HAVEN.

HUNTER // BIO

Hunter’s dark, atmospheric approach to techno is inspired by the environment she grew up in. Her sets are direct and driving, shaped by heavy percussion, bold rhythms, and hypnotic, industrial textures. After two years immersed in the Bristol and Berlin club scenes, Hunter returned to Ōtautahi with a refined understanding of dancefloor dynamics and a clear vision informed by the spaces she explored overseas. That influence now feeds into her local scene, delivering immersive, high-energy club experiences. As the co-founder of Hang the Saints and a resident at HAVEN, Hunter is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces for people to connect through the music she loves.
