Has your luxury property been on the sales market for some time without achieving the premium result you expected?

In today’s challenging sales market, a growing number of homeowners are choosing to retain their valuable asset, let it at a premium and rent elsewhere themselves—giving them the freedom to experience a new area or lifestyle without committing to a sale.

At Hunt, we specialise in the discreet marketing and management of exceptional homes across Repton Park and desirable locations along the Central line. We have helped many vendors successfully move from selling to letting, achieving outstanding rental returns in a stubborn sales market.

Our record-breaking result of £4,500 pcm at Marlowe House demonstrates what can be achieved through luxury presentation, premium positioning and expert negotiation. At Hunt, we consistently strive to achieve statistically higher rents for our landlords.

I also represent private clients from the entertainment and sporting industries and am currently on the Hunt for exceptional luxury homes for outstanding, fully qualified tenants who are prepared to pay a premium for the right property.

Your home deserves a bespoke standard of service that reflects its quality and value.

Choosing the right managing agent has never been more important.

Seventeen years ago, I started Hunt with a simple belief: people deserve honest advice, genuine care and exceptional service.

What began as a small independent agency has grown through trust, relationships and the support of an incredible community.

To every client who has instructed us, recommended us, referred a friend, or simply spoken kindly about our business over the years—thank you.

Your support has shaped our journey and allowed us to do what we love every day.

Here’s to the relationships we’ve built, the homes we’ve helped people find, and the next chapter ahead.

With gratitude 🤍

Repton Park Life 🤍

When there’s no gardening to do except watering the flowers in your pots, life feels wonderfully simple.

Set within 300 acres of historic parkland, Repton Park is a hidden paradise. We wake up to magnificent open spaces, breathe fresh country air, and enjoy sunsets that never fail to take my breath away.

Time seems to slow down here. Nature has a way of helping you unwind.

I have been incredibly blessed to call Repton Park home for the last 25 years, and even more fortunate to share this extraordinary lifestyle with my clients. Nobody knows this place quite like I do, and that’s something I genuinely love sharing.

One of my favourite things is taking clients for a walk through the beautiful woodland that surrounds our community. They’re always amazed by what lies beyond the gates.

It’s a secret garden, home to muntjac deer, badgers, foxes, green parakeets, squirrels, owls, bats, field mice, peregrine falcons and so much more.

All of this is just 12 minutes from Westfield Stratford and around 30 minutes from the City of London and the West End, with the Central Line close by.

As a Camden Town girl who grew up playing in Regent’s Park, finding Repton Park felt like discovering a gift that has kept on giving.

When you truly love somewhere, it becomes part of who you are. My passion for this place naturally flows into my work, and I hope everyone I meet can see that.

Gratitude changes everything. I never take for granted the life Repton Park has given me.

Life is what you make it.

I made mine here.

What a team! 🌿☀️

Today we were great sports, setting off in the 30°C heat for our Repton Park Nature Walk!

We walked through the beautiful grounds of Repton Park, down Regents Drive and into the stunning Claybury Woods, showing some of our new residents and Virgin Active members the wonderful surroundings we’re so lucky to call home.

The community spirit is what makes this place so special, and the shade of the forest kept us wonderfully cool along the way. Little Sophie became our official tour guide, showing us all the hidden treasures tucked away in our own backyard. 🌳✨

After all that adventure, we headed back to Virgin Active for some well-earned ice-cold smoothies and a chance to cool off in the air conditioning!

A huge thank you to everyone who made the effort to join us today. It was a lovely morning spent with great company in such beautiful surroundings.

A special thank you to Liza and the team at Virgin Active Repton Park for supporting our community and to Kauai for the delicious post-walk refreshments – the smoothies were absolutely yum! 🍓🥭🥤

Did you know that Kauai Café at Virgin Active is open to everyone – not just gym members? So if you’re passing by, pop in and treat yourself. I can highly recommend the smoothies! 😊

We’ve had so many people ask us to create a regular walking club, and we’re delighted to say that’s exactly what we’ll be doing! For everyone who couldn’t make it today, watch this space – the next walk will be announced very soon. We’d love you to join us.

Thank you again to everyone who came along and helped make it such a lovely morning. See you on the next adventure! 💚

🌿💧 A Little Kindness for Our Local Wildlife 💧🌿

With the temperatures rising, our wildlife friends are finding it harder to access fresh water.

I always leave bowls of water outside both my front and back gardens, and when I’m out walking Blossom, I also take fresh water to the edge of the forest where the deer tend to gather. They rarely venture onto our patios or into our gardens, so placing water near their natural habitat can make a real difference.

It’s not just the deer that benefit. Birds, hedgehogs, foxes, squirrels, bees, butterflies and many other creatures all need access to clean, fresh water during hot weather.

If you have a garden, balcony or outdoor space, perhaps consider leaving out a shallow bowl of fresh water and topping it up daily. For bees and other pollinators, add a few pebbles or stones so they can land safely without falling into the water.

🐝 Do bees need sugar water?
Generally, no. Healthy wild bees are best served with fresh water and access to flowering plants. Sugar water should only really be used as an emergency measure for an exhausted bee that appears unable to move. For everyday support, fresh water and pollinator-friendly flowers are the best option.

Nature gives us so much joy throughout the year. This is one small way we can give something back. ❤️
