Bringing Cyclocross to the Wellington region since 2009
POSTS STORIES REELS
Not long now till the 2026 Season. Just a heads up around our proposed dates that weee posted earlier in the year. The July event has now been brought forward a week so it doesn’t clash with North Island School CX Champs which are now 18/19th of July. So our new race date for race 4 will be the 12th of July. We are hoping to finalise and confirm everything soon and will let you know when you when entries go live. #cyclocross #crossiscomingseasoniscoming by @huttcross
🚴 Big shoutout to our incredible sponsors! 🚴 Hüttcross As we gear up for another epic Hüttcross season, we want to give a massive thank you to the legends who help make it all possible our sponsors @groundeffectclothing @bikebrothersnz @crucialcustomcycles @wheelworkshandcraftedwheels and Faultline coffee These businesses share our passion for cycling and Hüttcross, and we’re beyond grateful for their ongoing support—not to mention the epic prizes they’re bringing to the table this season! Stay tuned for more details, but trust us, you won’t be disappointed. If you love cyclocross as much as we do, show them some love! See you all at the starting line! ON THAT - Have you entered?? Link in bio Thank you to Don Johnson for some of the epic photos included in this post. by @huttcross
Huttcross Round 5 Tricky conditions, more running than riding but pretty stoked to be able to attack off the front on the second to last lap and hold out for the win in A-Grade 🥇 Can’t wait for nats next week Thanks to @huttcross for the races this season and @wallace_training and @guenergynz for the support. by @huttcross
Track cycling season pass spot prize! Huttcross race 5 is fast approaching on the 23rd of August in Porirua. Have you entered yet if not a season member? If not enter with link in bio because we have an epic day planned. A new venue, fancy dress as per tradition, as well as some incredible spot prizes! Speaking of spot prizes one of the new prizes for this year is donated from @wellington.velodrome which gives the winner a season of track as well as bike hire!!! How epic is that!! Everything you need to give track a go! This an incredible prize and so kind of PNP to donate to the club. All those who have entered for the season and are present at prize giving at race five will be eligible. by @huttcross
Race 4 Wrap Up Well didn’t we get lucky. What a spectacular day for Cross today. The weather was incredible and the course was awesome. Well done to everyone who took part. A massive thank you to all of the Vollies who turned up in the freezing cold for setup. We had the biggest turn out of people we can remember. It honestly makes our day to see so many come and help. Thank you all so much. 🤗 Also thank you to everyone who supported us during the day and helped with pack down. It takes a village and we couldn’t be more grateful for every one of you. Thank you to Faultline Coffee for keeping us warm first thing and caffeinated. To the team from Aotea College for putting on an incredible spread. Peak safety for looking after us. @wheelworkshandcraftedwheels , @crucialcustomcycles and @bikebrothersnz for their on going support to the club. Make sure you are at race 5 for the epic prize draw!!! Now on Race 5 for those that missed it we are heading across the hill to Porirua!!! I have been dreaming of a Porirua race for ages so this is so exciting! And was only made possible by one of our epic Huttcrossers providing us access to private land. The venue is near the hospital in Porirua and we will make sure we send out lots more info closer to the time so you know exactly where to go. As always any timing issues please email (don’t DM) huttcross@gmail.com and we will be sure to get these sorted for you. Rest up as race 5 is going to be epic! 🤗 by @huttcross
Huttcross runs thanks to the epic volunteers and sponsors that support the club year after year. @wheelworkshandcraftedwheels has been part of the Huttcross family for more years than we can count. So a special thank you to Wheelworks who support the club year on year and will be again providing an epic spot prize at race 5 this year. #cyclocross #huttcross #cycling #wheels by @huttcross

Thanks to the team @huttcross for allowing us to set up at small stall at Moonshine this weekend. We're there to raise vital funds for KidsCan with $10 from every jar sold going directly to support their efforts to keep kiwi kids warm and fed and ready to learn. I'm happy to take pre-orders for collection on Sunday (jacobpescini@live.com) or bank transfers and cash on the day. The forecast is looking good, see you out there. @ffcracing @ffc.cycling @kidscan by @huttcross
