Who the f**k is @hybridhunter_ ?
•
For the longest time, I wanted to create a fitness account. I was already doing the training, I was consuming the content, and most importantly I loved to talk fitness with anyone I could.
•
But like many others, I gave too much thought to what people would think of me. I put too much value in the opinion of others’ when I should’ve been investing more into myself.
•
However, I’ve recently come to remember that all impactful growth comes from getting outside of your comfort zone. Creating this account is outside of my comfort zone. Even making this post is outside of my comfort zone. But I also know that doing so is better than one day wondering to myself what could’ve happened if I did start that account.

My goal is to run a sub-60 solo pro Hyrox and document every part of the journey: the ups, the downs, and everything in between. Thanks for reading and for helping me get outside of comfort zone. by @hybridhunter_

5x1600 WORKOUT DEBRIEF:

With running, listening to your body is the key to success. If it tells you to take your foot off the gas, you do it. And some days it’ll tell you let it rip, and today was one of those days.
