This year has been amazing with you Sienna. From our adventures, near and far, to the hours we spend talking about life, and all the food I get to make for you… there’s no one else I’d rather experience it all with. You inspire me every day with your intelligence, creativity, and the way you show up for the people you love. I can’t wait to watch you chase your goals and make your dreams real. Have a fantastic birthday, mi Cielo!!! TE AMO, MI AMORE. FOREVER AND ALWAYS 💓🪼😁 by @hyped_emar
This past Thursday was hella dope🔥🔥🔥 Out of all the past masterclass I've taken through @afdancefam and @impactdancemeridian I very proud with I how did in this combo. Like I'm still baffled that I got a chance to take 4 classes with @joshcesan_ this year, again such a dope dude. Peep the boy band reunion with @just_a_lampshade and @woahaustin Until the next one, we still leveling up little by little.😁 Again thank you Josh for the awesome class, and being apart of the dance journey. #dancejourney #dance #glitching #208dancecommunity by @hyped_emar

Hi, it's been a while. #dance #krump #idahodancecommunity by @hyped_emar
I've missed having a lab to call my own. Tonight, I finally felt reconnected with my movement. Here are a few highlights from my rounds for everyone to view and my personal documentation for my dance journey.🙂 #dance #popping #freestyle by @hyped_emar
In the feels for this session, but i feel I've made some good progress in learning Krump within these past few months. So, big shout out to @stray3_the_dancer on passing along the knowledge he knows. Also, thank you @marco_albizo for the recording. #krumpdance #krump #dance #208dancecommunity by @hyped_emar
Just a chill lab. I need to work more on changing levels, but my legs have been extra toasty with all the hyrox workouts. #krump #lofi #dance #idahodancecommunity by @hyped_emar
Had a really fun weekend in Seattle, and I got to experience something totally different from what I'm used to at @kaos. Got to partake at an open session with some of the Seattle Dance Community. And have some next level hot pot. And again, a huge shout out to @woahaustin for doing what he does for the Idaho Dance Community and kids with his programs @afdancefam @afkidz_dance and @thepactdancecrew. Now, it's time to bump up the training intensity even more. by @hyped_emar
