Happy November!

Apologies for there being no oracle card post on Friday - I was travelling to Brighton.

So, here’s a belated one for you to choose a card. If you’d like a card pulled for you then just let me know in the comments.

Brian’s deck are great to answer questions so you could hold & question if your mind when choosing your card.

Have a great November & remember that you can book a personal oracle card reading too anytime.

Much love. Xx by @hypnotherapyforpostivechange

So good to have a glass of stout! Being gluten free I can find most food things ok but on tap stout is a rare treat. Thank you @maddogbrewbrighton this was delicious! by @hypnotherapyforpostivechange

This morning the clocks went back which potentially gave us an extra hour in bed! For some people this was bliss, for others it became an extra hour to lie awake at night. If you are experiencing insomnia then hypnotherapy may be able to help.

Over the years I have seen many people who have a come for hypnotherapy sessions because they are experiencing trouble drifting off to sleep or waking at an inappropriate time. Sometimes this is the reason for their session or sometimes it is included in a bunch of things people would like to change.

If you are experiencing the debilitating effects of sleep disturbance then let’s have a chat about hypnotherapy. Sessions are £70 each or £260 for a block of 4.

Please feel free to ask any questions or to book yourself in for a relaxing hypnotherapy session.

Happy Friday!

Use your intuition to see which card you feel drawn to from the Whispers of Love oracle deck for a message for you today! You can hold a question in your mind if you wish or just choose your card.

Do look at the picture as well as read the words & ask yourself what the card means for you in the here & now.

You can breathe deeply &/or put you hand on your heart as you may get an intuitive nudge about your message from the card.

Please feel free to share which card you’ve chosen as it’s always interesting to see if there is a theme for people.

If you’d like the info on your card from the booklet do let me know. Message or use the link in my bio if you’d like book an appointment for a private oracle card reading. These are £40 for at least 60 mins and can be a remote session or face to face.

You can also now pay a monthly subscription and receive a reading or healing session every 4 weeks at a discounted price.

Please note that all readings are intuitively given and should be followed at your discretion and are not a replacement for medical or legal advice.

Some clients book this due to curiosity & others come as they feel they have a block that’s always been there.

It can a really valuable therapy as it allows the opportunity for anything that may have been carried over to be released.

These things may present as phobias or complicated relationships with certain people, physical or emotional pain. It can also provide release from vows and contracts made in a previous life such as vows of poverty.

Sessions are available remotely as well as in person so location is no longer a restriction. The cost is £55.

Today is international coffee day!

Why not use this prompt to look through your diary for this new month and book in some coffee dates with friends (or with yourself). Is there a coffee shop you’ve wanted to try? If not now when?

Ironically we ran out of coffee beans this morning but luckily I had an online shop order arriving so crisis averted! by @hypnotherapyforpostivechange
