The video at the end is the truth about weight loss! 💯

I’m tired of the lies and false hopes people get sold on.

The plan that somebody can commit to is the best plan.

True health plans aren’t unsustainable fad or crash diets.

True health plans are plans created around what a person can commit to.

Nobody should feel bad about not living up to the false expectations we are sold on.

Let’s all just keep progressing and it will come. 🙏🏽

If you need some help, we are here to guide you.

Put my coaching hat back on this weekend to support my girls at the Heart of Texas show ✨

I can’t put into words how proud I am of Blosom. Over the past year, we’ve worked together to lose 60 pounds and transform her dream of stepping onstage as a wellness competitor into a reality. She executed beautifully and walked away with 5th place in Open Wellness! 🏅 This is only the beginning, and I know there are so many more wins ahead for her.

My beautiful posing client, Olivia, also executed her routine perfectly! She was incredibly intentional with our posing sessions throughout this show season, and all of that hard work showed the moment she stepped onstage. I’m also so grateful she trusted me with her stage makeup because she looked absolutely beautiful! She earned 3rd place in both 40+ and 45+, along with 4th place in Open! 🥉

I love that I still get to be part of this sport, even when I’m not the one standing on that stage. Every client I help represents a piece of me and the work we’ve poured in together. I’m so thankful for every athlete who trusts me enough to be part of their journey- this is the part that makes coaching so fun and rewarding ❤️ by @hyve.fitness

HYVE FITNESS IS TURNING 5 🎉

Five years ago, @kriszizzo & @thebikinibuilder launched Team Zizzo with a passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness. Since then, we’ve grown from Team Zizzo to Beyond Failure Fitness in 2023, and ultimately to Hyve Fitness in 2025. While our name has evolved, our mission has remained the same: helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Five years, 1,000+ clients helped, and countless lives impacted. Every transformation represents a person who decided to invest in themselves, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have been a part of that journey.

To every client, coach, supporter, and member of our Hyve family:

THANK YOU 🙏 by @hyve.fitness

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Cayci to the team! She put together a quick introduction so you can get to know her:

“Hi! I’m Cayci, and I’m excited to join the Hyve Fitness team as a coach.

I didn’t always have fitness figured out. My journey started in 2016, and like a lot of people, I had to learn how to make it work with real life-not perfect conditions.

Now, as a coach (and a new mom), I understand how much your time, energy, and priorities can shift. I’m dedicated to helping busy individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable routines that actually fit their lifestyle.

As a 10-year Army Veteran, I know what it takes to meet height and weight standards, pass fitness tests, and train to exceed the standards. I also bring real-world experience from corporate America, as a project manager working long hours in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, often stuck behind a desk. I know how easy it is for movement, consistency, and your own health to fall to the bottom of the list.

I coach to train smarter, stay consistent, and see results without overcomplicating the process.

Because you don’t need more time, you need a better plan”.

Interested in working with Coach Cayci? DM us and we’ll set you up with a complimentary consultation.

Let’s take a moment to congratulate client @hwdhyd on her amazing accomplishment! She had a goal to hit the NPC stage, and in about a year’s time, she made it a reality! ✨

Heidi ended up winning 4th in Masters and 6th place in True Novice for Fit Model for her first show ever! 🏅

Being a mom, wife, and athlete is hard work, and she balanced it all so well. We’re proud of you Heidi, and you’re inspiration to many!

Now we enter off season to continue growing muscle, while we maintain her hard work. Only up from here! 🙌

Wishing the best of luck to our client @hwdhyd and coach @thebikinibuilder as she steps on stage for the very first time tomorrow ✨

Heidi set a personal goal to compete on an NPC stage, and now it’s becoming reality. We’re beyond proud of the discipline, resilience, and positivity she’s carried through her first prep while balancing life and learning every step of the way.

This is only the beginning of everything she’s about to accomplish. Grateful she trusted us to be part of her journey. Let’s go, Heidi! With results like this, you’re already a winner! 💪 by @hyve.fitness

Big congratulations to Coach @allison_ifbbpro on her 3rd place finish in the Ms. Fitness division at the @arnoldsports Expo! 👏✨

An incredible performance from someone who not only competes at the highest level, but also pours her heart into helping others achieve their goals too. Allison leads by example both on and off the stage, and we’re so proud of the inspiration she continues to be.

Interested in working with @allison_ifbbpro? Send us or her a DM or visit our website to learn more. We offer free consultations to see if we’re a good fit, because with the right guidance and support, the sky is truly the limit ✨ by @hyve.fitness

We did it ✨🥹🙏

This win meant so much to both me and @mjstanley15.

Exactly one year ago to the day, we met for the first time in person and talked about a dream she had been holding onto: to compete at the @arnoldsports. I remember encouraging her to go for it… and I’m so grateful she said YES.

Because what happened in the year that followed was nothing short of incredible.

She stepped into two local shows, stacked wins, earned medals, and then walked onto the stage at one of the biggest bodybuilding events in the world.

It was her dream to compete.
Her dream to walk that stage.
Her dream to win.

And she did exactly that.

I cannot put into words how proud I am to call her both a client and a friend. Her discipline, consistency, and trust gave me the opportunity to do what I love every single day, and that is something I will never take for granted.

She even trusted me to do her hair and makeup, which turned out so beautiful. Being there in person to support her through such a monumental moment made the experience even more special.

One year. One decision. One dream turned into reality. And One proud coach ❤️ by @hyve.fitness

✨If you’re one of those that wait until the New Year to start, you’re already setting yourself up for failure. And here’s why:

• You’re putting your goals on hold… again. Momentum starts with one small action, not a date.
• You’re expecting future motivation to magically appear. It won’t, discipline is built now.
• You’re losing weeks of progress you could already be seeing by January.
• You’re telling yourself the story that “later” is safer, but later is how goals die.

Start now, start small, start imperfect, but start. Your future self will thank you long before the calendar flips 🙌
