LEG DAY IN THE LAB 🧪

We hit these exercises once a week in the lab because they are that important. If you want to see real results and be efficient with your time then prioritize these four for the strongest legs you ever had!

SLANT BOARD FRONT RACK SQUATS—
These load the quads and core like no other.

SINGLE LEG LANDMINE RDLs—
My favorite hamstring exercise to keep my posterior chain strong. Get good at these!

FORWARD LUNGES—
a lot is involved in a proper lunge so these work every part of your legs and should never be neglected in leg training.

GLUTE BRIDGE HAM CURLS—
Most hamstring exercises are hip dominate hinge exercises but this one is knee flexion dominant. If you’re not training knee flexion hammy exercises you’re leaving alot on the table!
