Breathe in, breathe out.🌊 Taking care of my body has been a long journey — full of ups and downs. This year, I’ve learned that when the body has had enough, it finds a way to make you stop. Slowing everything down… relearning how to move, to walk, to be grateful, to surf, to dance again, to smile from within. To be patient — Grateful for the pause, for healing and for seeing life from a new perspective. From a gentler and truer place. Growth isn’t always loud — sometimes, it’s the quiet return to yourself. 🌱☕️ #ʜᴇᴀʟɪɴɢᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ #selfcare #gratitude #slowliving_ #mindfulmoments by @iaia.mtz

La plus grande étape est celle qui vous amène à trouver votre paix intérieur.. celle qui vous a demandé de prendre un risque et qui vous rend profondément fière de vous. Celle qui vous fait sourire avec votre coeur 🫶 Smile with your soul🦋 Little bat tooth is out 🦇 by @iaia.mtz

To learn to surf, you need to learn some basics... I had a lot of fun learning how to do the turtle roll, how to turn the surfboard... I couldn't have had a better team to do it with me. The surf guides are incredible and so are the people I met... It was so hard to lift myself, my little arms couldn't keep up, but the laughs we had in those moments were incredible... I'm so grateful for this amazing trip 🫶 Cheers to the cura cura roll and to those beautiful souls ! Thank u! by @iaia.mtz
How could I expect ? That this place would be my guardian... Bringing back all my innerchild's dreams to life again ... a pure magic.. By trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone, you're admitting that you can do anything you set your mind to and, more importantly, that you're capable of doing anything you imagine. Give yourself love and kindness because you're trying to be the best version of yourself and you're on the right track. You're already becoming it just by letting go of old habits, ways of thinking and trying new ones🫶 by @iaia.mtz
