From the previous post….😊 Here are some of the catch phrases that you can use if you wanna take part in the movement 😄🫰🏽 what’s your favorite slide!!!😂 #breastcancerawareness #health This is a current statement used by a homophobic movement in Tanzania but with Back for Breasts, meaning being protective about yourself and not letting anyone use you inappropriately.🥲 So for this specific it’s to raise awareness and extra attention of ladies to their bodies and hence detect any weird changes early 😊💕 and watch for any uninvited guests 🧐.#ybwyb Just like introverts might be there , in the corner, quiet but SO dangerous .😎 So is BREAST CANCER which might show your silent signs but if not attentive enough it’ll cost you cause it’s very dangerous.💀 #fypシ This is another fun way of insisting people to protect their breasts but termed as milky ways 🌌which it is🥛. So yeah Protect your milky ways from the cancer😖 KAA CHONJO #breastcancerawareness #introversion I know most of you are good stalkers but be a boob stalker too . As It’s for you own health . And has better profit ignoring the gossip 😊😁 #awareness #healthcontent Did you know?😂🥲 Yeah Male breast cancer is a rare condition that accounts for about 1% of all breast cancer. So ….not common but not impossible . #breastcancerawareness Now share on your story And What’s your favorite slide😁 #graphicdesigncentral #smallcreators by @iam.victoria.cr

Knowledge can be a form of protection. 🌱 This week gave us the opportunity to create a safe space for young people to ask questions, learn about their Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, challenge misinformation, and understand themselves a little better. But beyond the sessions were the smiles, games, conversations, friendships, teamwork, and moments of genuine connection. Grateful to have been part of a week where learning went both ways. 🤍✨ @tujifunze_tujilinde @son_pixels @victoria_james_domician @loy_primi @_.kakein @strevocurry @mr.urio_ @audaxales @pammysaria @upendo_brenda @annagraceleon @angeloabel743 @rich_reycho @isayamajulah @kaja_erick #fy #tujifunzetujilinde #medicalstudentlife #tanzaniahealth #publichealth by @iam.victoria.cr
POV we believe in education as a form of protection.🧑‍🚒 We are not saying education is more important than money.Money is important in everyone’s life,as it provide comfort, opportunities, and a better quality of life🤑. But in this particular case, for these children and for this generation, education is one of the strongest forms of protection we can give them.🤠 One of the biggest threats to young people may not always be poverty or lack of resources. Sometimes, it is ignorance: not knowing their bodies, their sexual and reproductive health, their rights, or where to seek help.🫪 That is why we believe in education as a form of protection.👍🏽 We provide education about puberty and the changes that come with it, menstruation, sexually transmitted infections, HIV and AIDS, and mental health in relation to sexual and reproductive health. We want these children to have accurate information so that they can understand what is happening to them, recognize risks, ask questions, and make informed decisions.😎 Because these children deserve to know. They deserve to understand. They deserve to be aware.😇 And when they have the right information, they are better equipped to protect themselves from myths, misinformation, harmful beliefs, exploitation, and choices that could negatively affect their lives.❌ So, for us, education is not simply about teaching children facts. It is about giving them knowledge that can help them protect themselves, understand their rights, and navigate their lives with confidence.:😊 #health #healtheducation #medicalstudent #tujifunzetujilinde #fy by @iam.victoria.cr
Imagine Mwana kakua halafu bado hajui lolote kuhusu afya ya uzazi, kubalehe, hedhi, magonjwa ya zinaa etc.🥲 Hio inaweza kuleta shida kubwa kuliko aibu unayoona kumwelimisha uyo mtoto leo .😭 Anyways 🌚 Jamii ya sasa inahitaji kuweka elimu za msingi wazi na watu sahihi kabla hawajapotoshwa na utandawaxi …🥲 Hivyo @tujifunze_tujilinde team chini ya @tamsamuhas wameamua kuchukua hatua kuwapa wanafunzi elimu ya afya ya uzazi na jinsia na haki zake.and I’m glad to be part of the team😁😉 Na ni mategemeo yetu kuwa hii elimu itawasaidia katika maisha yao na kuwaepusha na yanayoepukika.😊 Chukua hatua sasa. Mwelimishe uyo mtoto kabla mambo hayajawa mengi.😂 Day 1 was fun😁 kudos to the “team” see you on the next one 🫶🏽 #medicalstudent #sexualhealthawareness #healtheducation #fy by @iam.victoria.cr

Reasons to take care of your health today⚕️🥗 1.Your body takes care of you, consciously and unconsciously..healing wounds, fighting pathogens, detoxifying poisons you took unknowingly etc etc and for that it deserves a reciprocation of treatment.😷🩺 2.It remembers how you treat it Did you know that your body has memory and something that once was your habit can cost or make you better one day. Get yourself addicted to better habits.🫶🏽 3.Your health has no replacement Once you damage it you are done. You can buy medicine but won’t fix the years of damage and get treatments but would never be the perfect organ you once had.🥲 4.Treatments are expensive💸 Do you know how much dialysis cost? Almost 300k Tsh per 1 week of sessions and you’ll need them each month until it resets God knows when? Drink that glass of water 💧 #tanzaniahealth #health #medicalstudent #publichealthmatters #insta by @iam.victoria.cr
