Its been a long time coming that is for sure. I cannot believe a few short months ago I could barely make a coffee due to spinal surgery and now I'm out here running!

I honestly think @griffithsporttooheytrailrun was the perfect reintroduction to running, I absolutely loved it and can't wait for next year.

Have you ever had a DEXA scan?

I recently visited @measureup_dexa to check my bone density and body composition.

After two knee surgeries and spinal surgery, my osteoporosis has taken a bit of a back seat.

With my health history, I'm really interested in healthy ageing and understanding what's happening inside my body.

The scan itself was super simple and I'll be sharing more about the experience and my results over the next few posts.
