POSTS STORIES REELS

As an esthetician, there are many specialties you can fall under… but I chose to specialize in what I’m truly passionate about: SKINCARE ✨

As a facialist, what I do in the spa only lasts about 72 hours if it’s not followed up with proper home care. Without consistency at home, both you and I are wasting our time.

In 2019, I started #FNVSkincare — a hydrating skincare line that began with just 3 products: a cleanser, mask, and moisturizer. We grew. We sold out. And like all beautiful things in life… it came to an end.

As a believer in Christ, we know 7 represents completion and 8 represents new beginnings. After 7 long years, the vendor I was working with suddenly shut down with no notice. I had the option to sample with other vendors, but instead… I chose to create my own.

So back to school I went. Thank you @coursera @olay for blessing me with the opportunity to study Cosmetic Science & Ingredients 🧪✨

Side by side with a chemist, I hand-selected every ingredient and helped formulate products designed to HEAL SKIN FROM WITHIN.

This is more than skincare.
This is purpose.
This is passion.
This is healing.

#FNVSkincare RELAUNCHES IN 7 DAYS ⏳✨ by @iamflawsnvanity

Spending your 30’s in overflow because you sacrificed, learned, and built in your 20’s.
Not luck. Not overnight.
Just consistency, education, and positioning yourself like the CEO you are.

If you’re an esthetician or beauty professional ready to stop guessing and start profiting—

✨ Vanity Boss Blueprint
→ Build your money mindset, systems, and CEO strategy
→ 7 days FREE to step inside and see how real owners move

🎓 The School of Vanity
→ Master advanced treatments that actually pay
→ Financing available because elevation should be accessible

You don’t need another hustle…
You need alignment, education, and execution.

This is your season to operate in overflow.

“Coming up, I didn’t have nobody speak on the career of esthetics or entrepreneurship—so today was my chance to pay it forward. Grateful to pour into the next generation and show them what’s possible through passion, purpose, and self-care.”

Jermiah 29:11.
I always been a school girl . After graduating highschool 6 weeks later I went to PCCC EOF program.
Graduated from there went on to Eastwick studied OTA and Surgical Tech . I was passing theory but getting C’s in lab. Private school so I was using the money I was making from lashes to pay tuition. I started flawsnvanity with $90 . Two styles of lashes , 1 Edge Brush . no vendor, no funding, just hungry and hustling . Went to Roman Beauty Academy they committed fraud , went to CAPRI 6 weeks before graduation COVID hit . 2020 I finally became
a Licensed Esthetician. As an esthetician I could look at anybody and within 2-3 minutes tell you exactly how I can heal your skin . I wanted to have that same type of knowledge and confidence when it came to running the shop . I always wanted to go to an Ivy League School and study Business………I did just that
taking these courses allowed me to learn profit margin , financial literacy, how to scale / pivot and run legit business, digital marketing, communication & networking skills , as well as how to leverage access and use funding. Thank you God 🧡. Favor ain’t Fair !
