I used to operate from the external.

🤟🏽The awards.
🤟🏽The accolades.
🤟🏽Climbing the ladder.
For the money, benefits, salary, thinking sometime outside of me would finally feel
... Satisfied. Enough. Accomplished.

And then I realized I was chasing the wrong thing. Something outside me.

I started operating from what LIT ME UP🔥

I started listening to the nudges,
Responding to the doors opening,
And walking away from places id outgrown.

To lead,
To live in purpose,

It's not always the easiest path.

It's maybe easier to stay in the hamster wheel....

But the fearless leaders, hop off the hamster wheel

Stop chasing the external

And start listening to what lights you up 🔥

Live life to the fullest.

Discover who you are and why youre here

Others might think you're crazy and that's OK. It just means your wide awake 😉

And ready for soul in fire living 🔥 by @iammariacrystene

Why you feel hope in the air, a collective sigh of relief, that we may begin the work to repair, heal and move forward to work alongside our fellow Americans.

Yesterday, millions of Americans waited.. for the results to start coming in and in that moment some of us sat and processed how hard it's been staying resilient these last several years and especially in the last on months.

And as the results started rolling in...

True leadership isn't found in the calm, it is forged in the shadow.

To anyone called to lead right now: do not flinch in the dark. Stand steady, remember your purpose, and rise. 🔥

Watch until the end.

Big week ahead, how you'll stay anchored in your light. 🕯️

Step 1. Make a plan and go vote.
Step 2. Ground and anchor yourself. Stay informed also means choosing when to unplug go for a walk, do some yoga, meditate.
Step 3. Share your light. Be the light. Visualize the best possible outcome. Stay curious and open.

Because the light always wins.

Always. ✌🏽

3 tools every leader should have - to lead yourself during uncertain/chaotic times.

The only person that is in charge of you and your dedication to your mission, impact and living in purpose, is YOU.

HOW you lead yourself during uncertain/chaotic times is how you lead in life - personally and professionally and how we show up now matters.

In a time when the news, your busy schedule, and everything else can pull you away from your mission and purpose work, is the very time we need to LEAN IN to what lights your soul on fire.

3 tools that every leader should have to lead yourself through the good, the bad, and the ugly.

1. tools manage your own stress/anxiety/fear - tools that amplify and grow your resilience and helps you get out of your head and connect you back to the body
2. tools to manage your mind chatter - the brain will wander, overthink and spiral on things. it's what the mind does. Having tools to navigate the mind chatter is KEY.
3. Becuas eif you have #2 - it helps strengthen your connection to your own intuition, inner wisdom and true self. You are NOT your mind chatter. You are not the fear. There is a deeper wisdom underneath. Call it your intuition, faith, inner wisdom - but having tools to access this is KEY to lead yourself and stay in purpose, on purpose.

✌🏽🔥 in purpose, on purpose.

This is soul on fire living 🔥 by @iammariacrystene

Make a plan, go vote.

Yes I'm spiritual and woo. And I'm also human and care about this world and our community and voted like lives depend on it because it does.

Because we can work towards a brighter world brick my brick while also voting in people with character and who care about humanity and people regardless of their sex, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, etc.

So make a plan, go vote.
Shine your light.
Do what lights your soul on fire.🔥
Watch for the distractions.
Watch for the fear mongering and other-izing.
Stay anchored in your light, your path, and your purpose.

Now don't throw away your shot.

Go vote. 🇺🇸✌🏽💙 by @iammariacrystene

Living in purpose 🔥 requires intention. One most don't talk about... But it requires putting in the reps even when life gets hard.

Figuring out your purpose is step 1.
Living it is an ongoing journey.

There is no ONE magic tool but having tools for your mind, facing the fear, and staying tuned into your own inner wisdom/intuition and path to purpose is key.

I wanted to create a space to help leaders foster and grow the leadership and purpose skills - mind, body, and soul.

More details drop next week.

Stay tuned.

And remember, you are limitless. ✌🏽💫 by @iammariacrystene
