58 minutes, 56 seconds ⏱️

Burpee Broadjumps were well improved.
Lunges? Not today, maybe later on.

Lots have changed at @f45_minirox and I’m grateful for all the support given this year. Next year I plan to beat all my times.

1 hour, 23 minutes, 11 seconds. ⏱️

Perfectly timed with Deadlift/Station 2
Not so great with Bear Crawls/Station 9

Super happy with time, though a few things to work on.

More footages to come from @deadlydozen_nz /@deadly.dozen
