@shopfedu and I are designing my look for the 53rd Daytime Emmy® Awards. @saintlondonluxury is a VIBE. @ijaysanchez is getting me right. Let’s go 🚀 by @iamnormanlee

The news of @mrfreddiejackson’s passing took a little wind out of my lungs today. His music is part of the fabric of many of our lives. I remember how giddy I was to finally meet him, when he graciously accepted our Invitation to perform at our 21st Annual @divassimplysinging fundraiser for @thesherylleeralph ‘s @thedivafoundation. I had the opportunity to sit and talk with him and he was warm and I found him to be a wonderful conversationalist. Rest in Peace King 👑, may your legacy forever be revered and cherished. by @iamnormanlee

All I can say is WOW! What a journey this has been. My second Emmy Nomination! God is so good. Thank you @televisionacad.

I’m grateful to be apart of a dynamic team - one filled with heart, good intentions, and a desire to do meaningful work. Thank you @thesherylleeralph and @thedivafoundation Board of Directors for your trust and leadership and for creating spaces for creatives to find and use their voice for good. @mylifeafter2002 and @klowinspires - you brought your lives and your life’s work to this space for the world to see with bravery and depth. @zebnewman, @michielthomas6, and @themincingmeerkat you are the best producing partners in this work. @bsladenow, you paint the world so beautifully with music that makes the message reach the soul with impact.

@seanblackphoto, @livingwellcollective_atl, @dddiallo, @sybilmiller31, @dr.angelicageter, @beourcompass - your contributions to this effort have been immeasurable.

To our beloved friends at Disney Entertainment, ABC OTV, and @hulu, @adrianne.wild22, @nzingablake, @mlukerichards, #RachelSchwartz. Thank you for being amazing partners.

Norman spends all day helping others tell their story; today we let his body tell its own and gave it some room to open up.

The weather is perfect today, so a brother pulled out the tools and went to work. Let me cook! by @iamnormanlee

This was a much needed neck adjustment. You can almost see the emotions sitting there, right on the edge of coming out. by @iamnormanlee

Having not taken a proper vacation in over 2 years while exponentially taking on more responsibilities is not the recipe for success. Losing multiple family members and friends to death also started to take a toll. Not unplugging and pushing yourself to the outer limits, even if it’s to meet a financial goal, affects your performance, health, and overall wellbeing. Grateful to have had enough sense to stop and reel it in and reengage with self-care. I encourage you to find a minute and FLOAT! 🫶🏾 by @iamnormanlee

“Trusted messengers change outcomes — because people listen to those who see them, know them, and stand with them.”

Reducing stigma and raising awareness requires voices rooted in community, culture, and care, and Living Proof: A World AIDS Day Special on @hulu was created with that responsibility at its core. I’m deeply grateful and honored that this work has been recognized with a @glaad Media Award nomination — a powerful affirmation that storytelling grounded in trust can move hearts, shift narratives, and save lives. Thank you @thesherylleeralph and @zebnewman for the opportunity to collaborate on this effort and to @mylifeafter2002 and @klowinspires for trusting us with your light and your work through @lotus.atlanta. 🙏🏾 #glaadawards by @iamnormanlee

When the coffee and sun light hit just right! #blessed by @iamnormanlee

One of the things I’m excited about is LIVING PROOF, a new television special I was blessed to produce alongside Emmy award winning actress and advocate @thesherylleeralph, directed by @zebnewman and presented by @thedivafoundation. The hearts of the filmed piece are @mylifeafter2002 and @klowinspires who bravely open up their lives and share their poignant experiences living and thriving with HIV. Please Go and Watch it! Now streaming on @hulu. You’ll be glad you did! Please post your thoughts about it too!

What an honor collaborating with our fellow producers @michielthomas6 and the amazing @themincingmeerkat along with our @lotus.atlanta and @sisterloveinc families, @seanblackofficial, and @emoryrollinssph. Kudos to @bsladenow for anchoring the piece with your music supervision and sonic ear. Thankful to @gileadsciences, @oraquickhiv, and #abcownedtelevisionstations for your generosity 🫶🏾. #livingproofhulu #iamlivingproof by @iamnormanlee
