Starting out my journey y’all have no idea how many times I heard “you fine just the way you is” “you don’t need to lose no weight” “you trippin you gone lose yo butt” “uh uh you would not look good smaller”.🙄 I said that to say this, don’t let others’ view of you stop you from taking the positive steps you need to in becoming the best possible version of YOU that you know you can be, whether it’s a fitness journey or a life journey. I’ve always been a confident person, so yea I looked good then but I knew I could look and feel BETTER and that’s the goal; to always try to become better. So be inspired✨ Be consistent✨ Be determined✨ Be focused✨ Be BETTER🙏🏾💯💪🏾
