No one really prepares you for how much life can change in such a short time.

I went through pregnancy with fibroids and endometriosis, had my daughter two months early, spent two months in the NICU, and went back to work just 2–3 weeks after giving birth so I could save my maternity leave for when she finally came home.

Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come.

Today, she’s a happy, healthy two-year-old, and I thank God every single day for her. 🤍 If you’re in a hard season right now, keep going. Things won’t always look the way they do today.

35, feeling loved, and had to give y’all another transition. 🤎

The hair is done, the brows are fresh, and I’m bringing all this birthday love into a new year of life. So grateful for where I am and excited for everything I still get to become.

And yes, I’m absolutely getting more than one video out of this birthday look. 😂

What’s one thing you’re claiming for your next year? Tell me below!

Y’all have been asking to see more, so here it is! A little day in my life with all the random moments, laughs, and everything in between. A little less polished and a little more of what our days actually look like!

Hope y’all enjoy getting to see more of this side of me and all the fun we have throughout the day!

Should we make these behind-the-scenes vlogs a regular thing? Let me know!

This is your reminder to exhale.

Life gets hard. Life gets messy. And sometimes you’re trying to hold it all together when you really just need a moment to breathe.

Whatever you’re facing today, remember: the storm won’t last forever. The sun will shine again. You don’t have to have it all figured out to believe things can still work out.

Save this for the days you need a deep breath, and send it to someone who could use this reminder.

Being liked gets exhausting when it costs you being yourself.

Be careful whose voice you let become your own. When you spend enough time listening to who everyone thinks you should be, you can start calling their opinions your identity.

You say what they want to hear. Hide the parts they don’t understand. And eventually, you have to ask: is this who I am, or who I’ve learned to be so they’ll like me?

Who you truly are is amazing. God created you, and He loves you just the way you are. You don’t have to lose yourself trying to be someone everyone approves of.

Be you. Give yourself the chance to like that person, too.

Save this for when everyone else’s voice gets a little too loud, and share it with someone who needs the reminder.

That little moment when you realize you finally feel like yourself again 🥹🤍

My cycle is already a hard time for me because that’s when my endometriosis flares up the most. Add a cold on top of that, and it’s been a lot of trying to get through the day while wishing I had the energy to do more.

There’s so much that happens behind the scenes with endo. The pain, the exhaustion, the plans you have to change, and the frustration of wanting to show up when your body needs you to slow down.

So when the pain eases and some energy finally comes back, it means more than people might realize. Getting to move, laugh, and enjoy things without feeling so weighed down is something I’m really grateful for. 🥹

Still learning that I don’t have to make up for every day I needed to rest. I’m allowed to simply enjoy feeling better.

If you’re in the thick of it right now, I’m sending you love. You don’t have to earn your rest, and you’re not falling behind because your body needs it. 🤍

Anyone else with endo feel like their cycle takes them out every month? Let’s remind each other we’re not alone. 🫶🏽

Oh, I need therapy? Let me show you what’s been keeping me together 😂🤎

A little worship, an iced matcha, brunch with the girls, and time by the water. And on the special occasions I get a Disney day? That’s a little extra joy. If only that could be an everyday thing 😂🏰

These are a few of my favorite things—the moments I look forward to, the plans I’ll say yes to, and the little joys that make a busy week feel lighter.

Here’s your reminder to make time for something you love, even if it’s just taking your favorite drink to your favorite spot. 🍵🌊

One off day doesn’t erase the effort you’ve been putting in. 🤍

I’m learning to stop turning a missed morning, an unfinished to-do list, or a change of plans into a reason to give up on the whole week. Whew. That all-or-nothing mindset will have you starting over every Monday. 😂

Building better habits means making room for real life, too. Some days I have more to give. Other days, I do what I can and give myself grace.

Whatever you’re working toward, you can take your next small step without waiting for a fresh week.

Save this for the day you feel behind. What’s one small thing you’re showing up for today?
