Let me tell you something—I’ve been there. With my appetite, I could easily demolish more processed food than most. It’s addictive, and everywhere you look, some colourful, chemically engineered crap is screaming for your attention. But I choose not to eat it. Not because I can’t, but because I refuse to let these companies’ prey on me like they do to so many others.

They target the uneducated, the overwhelmed people just trying to get through their day. You eat it, and sure, it feels good in the moment, but you want it again and again, until real food starts tasting bland. But real food tastes so damn good. I remember when I went paleo at 19, and after just two weeks, food tasted incredible again. That’s what you need to understand—this is what they want. They don’t care about your health, just pushing their product. “Consume in moderation”—who does that? I don’t.

It’s crazy how normalised it’s become. We have so many choices, yet real food is no longer the default—it’s “eat some real food.” I refuse to be part of that.

Stand up for yourself—because nothing, and I mean nothing, tastes as good as being healthy feels. Make that choice today, and you’re setting yourself up to be strong, clear-minded, and in control years down the line.
