The IceBath is built for laying down, your shoulders fully supported, making it easier to centre your attention and focus on your breath. Handcrafted in Europe. Built to last for a lifetime of cold therapy. See what makes it different with the link in bio. by @icetubs

The arrival of September ushers in a new rhythm.
A busier one, getting back to emails, deadlines and the everyday rush.
But it also means getting back to the routines that keep you balanced. For me, that routines is in the ice-cold water. ❄️🧊🥶
A deep breathe and calmer mind; the ice bath is where the weight lifts and balance is restored, even on the busiest days.

OWN THE COLD THIS FALL🍂
