Ignite Calisthenics & Yoga (ICY), founded by Lee Whack and Maurice Williams, was created to break down barriers in the wellness space by bringing together strength, mobility, and flexibility into one unique training experience.

At ICY, we believe fitness shouldn’t be divided into separate categories. Instead of choosing between strength training and yoga, we combine both to help you build a stronger body, move with greater freedom, and create a deeper connection between mind and movement.

Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by activating unconventional spaces, hosting community-based experiences, and providing opportunities to train from the comfort of your home.

introducing ICY, Ignite Calisthenics & Yoga, the @icy_method.
@the_cali.effect & @yogileemoves have partnered to form a new way toward wellness.

This all levels effort that blends the strength of static #calisthenics with the balance and breathwork of #yoga. We’ll focus on building core stability, improving body control, and waking up muscles you didn’t even know were there all through slow, intentional movements. No equipment needed, just your body and your breath. At times we will use some wellness tools and those will be provided.

Expect a mix of planks, hollow holds, balance poses, and mobility flows that are accessible for all levels. This will be taught workshop style with each session and series focused on a theme to enhance functional movement and cultivate mental clarity. By the end of our classes you’ll feel stronger, centered, and more connected to how your body moves.
