A little late posting this 📸 from our first photoshoot adventure at #DavenportBeach.

Shoutout to @dianasaurus121 for getting us safely down that cliff, rigging, and making it all happen

My phone insisted of bringing back this memory, even though I was looking for a completely different video on a different timeline.

Can you hear the little boy’s voice in the background?

Meet Adi (aka Aerial Rose) 💫

In this video, Adi is improvising on aerial loops to a song called Destiny.

Her movement is shaped by nine years of experience in aerial, a background in dance and gymnastics, and a love for clean lines and beautiful shapes. She moves with grace and ease, creating flow in the air and a sense of quiet power.

When Adi first discovered aerial, she quickly realized there were no inspiring spaces nearby to train. She had to drive over an hour just to practice in a space with proper ceiling height and atmosphere. So, she began to search…

From the moment she stepped into Studio M, she envisioned this beautiful space as the future home of the South Bay aerial community.

For over three years, she held a vision of building something different — a space with tall ceilings, natural light, and creative energy flowing through it. Just weeks before it came to life, she had a dream that she woke up in the studio and it was already complete. That dream became real.

Studio M is now home to that vision — and more.
Adi created this program not just for herself, but for the entire aerial community: a place to come together, to train, to collaborate, and to inspire each other’s unique expression. A space where new pieces are born — ones that reflect who you are, not just what you can do.

✨ Whether you’re an experienced aerialist ready to create new performances, or completely new and just curious — there’s a space for you here.

Outside the studio, Adi is a business consultant, helping CXOs of major corporations uncover operational efficiencies and drive millions in cost savings.

But here, in this room, she returns to her truest self — expressive, creative, and free.

Special thanks to Stephan from Trapeze Arts for helping bring this dream to life.

If something stirs in you when you watch, maybe aerial is part of your destiny too.
Come explore it with us — no experience needed.

✨Magical layover en route to Bali ✨
On my way to Bali and had the most incredible layover at Singapore Changi Airport — hands down the best airport experience I’ve ever had. The beauty, elegance, and attention to detail created such a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere — it truly felt like traveling through art.

Flying with Singapore Airlines made it even more special. Their efficiency, elegance, grace, and seamless service have officially made them my favorite airline. I’ll be looking to book all my international flights with them from now on.

Already looking forward to my return layover… and I know I’ll be back to Singapore for more than just a stopover next time. There’s something about the energy, the culture, and the elegance that truly resonates.

Until we meet again, Singapore 🇸🇬💫

Lisa has a gift for making dance feel possible. She breaks down complex choreography into clear, simple steps that anyone can follow — no matter your experience level.

But her classes are more than just a place to learn movement. They’re a space for self-expression. A space to feel your feelings, to move through life’s challenges, and to process what words sometimes can’t touch — all through dance.

She creates a safe, welcoming container where everyone feels comfortable to explore new movements and express themselves fully. What happens in her classes goes beyond dance. It’s healing.

If you haven’t taken her class yet, I highly recommend dropping in. My personal favorite is her lyrical dance class — but you might be drawn to hip hop, tap, or another one of the beautiful styles offered at Groovitude Dance in Palo Alto and Morgan Hill, California.

One day,
this dance shall be performed.

One day,
when the time is right,
Love will take the stage.
And the dance will begin.

⁨ ✨ The Mission of Love ✨
Channeled on May 26, 2025

—

For the rest of their days,
he will be him, and she will be her.
They will live in harmony and love,
and they will see each other as equals.

They will take both small and large steps
to truly see one another,
and they will know, in the same breath,
that togetherness is togetherness—
and solitude is being together with themselves.

They will see and be granted
a rich life of deep, endless love—
a love that does not know satiety,
only goodness.

They will merit a sacred mission
that will take them far,
because only love knows light,
and light is a deep truth
that heals and walks with those
who need it most.

And we will bless them
with the blessing of fortune,
for wherever they go, they will be there—
and we will be with them.

——————-

✨ Supernova ✨

There comes a moment
when light won’t stay small,
when the star inside you
is ready to glow.

It surrenders at last
to its own divine call,
and in one sacred breath—
you rise through the flow.

So let it burst.
Let falsehoods fall.
Release the old—
you now stand tall.

The light’s not leaving,
it’s leading you through—
a path of becoming,
both sacred and new.
