The pink full moon was so beautiful last night and perfect for a manifestation ritual. Dutchess was trying to play but overall she enjoyed herself. We felt and witnessed the vibrations imprinted into the atmosphere as each note was struck on each crystal bowl. It was such an amazing experience! #pinkmoon #fullmoon #manifesting #love #abundance by @ifahmajoi

There are so many benefits to healing your inner child ⭐️ Here are 3 key benefits..

- Balancing your nervous system

Many inner child wounds manifest as hyperarousal (anxiety, agitation) or shutdown (numbness, avoidance) Sound frequencies can entrain the brain and body into a state of calm

- Releasing blocked energy

Emotional wounds from childhood are often stored as energetic blockages in the body. Certain frequencies can vibrate through these blocks , allowing energy to flow

- Reprogramming subconscious patterns

The inner child operates largely from beliefs formed early in life (“I’m not safe”, “I’m not enough). Repeated sound therapy sessions can help shift brainwave patterns and reinforce new, positive beliefs.

Book a free consultation with us if you’re ready to remove those blocks and start your journey to healing. Your inner child 👧🏽👦🏾 will thank you tremendously ✨🙈
