After a brief hiatus (due to “creative exhaustion” and an unfortunate incident involving a prop ferret), the inimitable Tatiana Angela Lansbury Romanov returns to the stage in Nine Lives: The Musical.

When asked about her comeback, the feline star purred,
“I wasn’t gone. I was simply allowing the industry time to catch up.”

Word from the wings is that Broadway’s favorite diva-cat stormed out of rehearsal when someone dared to suggest she “tone it down a bit.” Sources say she knocked over a coffee, yowled in a perfect mezzo-soprano, and disappeared into a costume rack, declaring:
“If you want subtlety, hire a houseplant!”

Insiders claim she’s requested a private nap assistant, a mirror framed in sardines, and a five-minute standing ovation at every curtain call.
“She’s demanding,” one stage paw-rtner confessed, “but… she IS the moment.” by @ifeelkitty

I just know it is an honor for Chicago to have me back after such star turns as Hippolycat and Kitty Paroo on illustrious stages in this great “Second City.” This year I give the community my Kitty Wendice to which I say: “YOU ARE WELCOME.” 🐾

1. “Your book pitch stinks as much as your menthol cigarette Maxine”
2. My star bow next to @amanda.drinkall who I just know is honored to bow beside me.
3. Trying to outsmart criminals!
4. “Tati DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!”
5. Inspector + Kitty Wendice = a pair that should be *illegal.* 🐾 by @ifeelkitty
