Months of work for nine minutes on a runway. You would be surprised what it actually takes. The sketches. The fittings. The fabric that comes in wrong. The midnight calls. The models, the team, the money, the reworks nobody ever sees. All of it compressed into a few minutes in front of a room. But it was never about those minutes. It was about everything that got built to make them possible. At NYFW I got to stand in the fruits of my labor and watch it walk past me in real time. SAINT LONDON x FEDÚ. All them looks. Then handing the stage to @octobertheking and watching the room turn. The last photo is the one I’ll keep. Everybody backstage after the final walk, knowing we did it. I’m still processing. The collection is live. Link in bio. Excellence in every thread. by @ijaysanchez
Friday night , The People’s Gala by @shopfedu was beyond anything I could have imagined. It takes a lot of vulnerability to put your dreams and passions on display and hope they resonate with people. For nine years I’ve been giving my all to this every single day, trusting that people would believe in me enough to support me, show up for me, and grow with me. From someone hitting a like button, or commenting on one of my designs, to actually making an appointment and letting me design something for them, all of it helps support my dream and means so much to me. If you were there to celebrate Fedú, you were also celebrating me. This brand is my heart, my culture, my journey, and your love and support is something I cherish and never take lightly. You all made my birthday truly beautiful. Thank you to every single person who took the time to get dressed, who came from near and far, who showed up during a holiday week, and who pushed through whatever you might be dealing with at home or personally. I don’t take any of that for granted. To the chefs who cooked with love, the bartenders who kept the energy flowing, the vendors who brought the vision to life, the decor team who transformed the space, the sponsors that trusted in our vision and the entire operations staff that held it all together, thank you. I appreciate you more than you know. And thank you for all of the birthday posts, the calls, and the text messages. My apologies if I haven’t been able to call or text back yet. Bear with me, I feel the love deeply. This night was for the culture, for the community, and for the people. Thank you for celebrating with me. I’ll never forget it. Year 10 is next……… 👀 by @ijaysanchez
What does it sound like when fashion and music finally speak the same language? @octobertheking and @shopfedu @ijaysanchez answered that question last night with the debut of Saint London — and a live performance of “Silent Treatment” hours before its midnight release. September and the New York Fashion Week runway can’t come fast enough. To everyone who reached out wanting to be part of The People’s Gala in some way, whether as a photographer, videographer, content creator, DJ, vendor, or collaborator, thank you. We truly appreciate the love, interest, and support. We’re looking forward to what’s next, and most importantly, we want to make sure we do it the right way. We operate in excellence, and we want every part of the experience to reflect that. Stay tuned. There’s more to come. by @ijaysanchez
I’m not going to lie to you… but I’m legit still in shock that we finally won. I’ve been a Knick fan before I even knew how to speak English. I’ve never seen a summer like the one from this 2026 year, and that’s because the KNICKS WON IT ALL. I’m so grateful to have witnessed it all. Years of pain yo , years of “Maybe next year”. Years of being laughed at because I’m a Knick fan. We finally got OUR ring!!!! To all my TRUE Knick fans, to all my New Yorkers … we did it. #KNICKSIN5 -ILLY by @ijaysanchez

Before the runway, there was this. The sketches on the wall. My Honduras flag and my Garifuna flag right beside me. They keep me grounded, and my ancestors guide me through this journey. Rehearsals. Fittings. Every model pinned, steamed, and fitted again until it was right. Nine minutes is what you saw. This is what it took. The work you do when nobody is watching decides how it looks when everybody is. That’s the standard. Every stitch, every fitting, every detail. The runway is the proof. The sketches are the work.
