Relatives, please join us (in-person and virtually) for a special celebration. This Native American Heritage Month, we are honoring Indigenous knowledge, art, creativity, and the generations of wisdom that continue to guide pathways toward health and healing. On November 12, the Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health will bring Indigenous artists together in Washington, D.C to share their voices through music, theater, dance, and storytelling. Through their art, these young leaders share their stories of truth, grief, resilience, hope, and healing. They remind us that Indigenous art is not simply a form of creative expression- it can be a way of connecting generations, strengthening community, sharing knowledge, and imagining healthy futures. Space is limited, and seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. So, reserve your spot today! This gathering offers a powerful reminder: Indigenous youth are not simply participants in conversations about health and healing- they are shaping them. #indigenousvoices #indigenoushealing #nativeamericanheritagemonth by @ikidofiresema
