🚨 The video of our Our second single and the title track of the album, ‘Ecstasy’ is out now ‼️

“Ecstasy,” the title track of the album, is inspired by the dynamic energy of the band Shakti’s piece “Joy.” This piece blends traditional South Indian (Carnatic) music with contemporary influences, creating an intense and fast-paced melody featuring intricate rhythmic and melodic improvisations, adding complexity and depth to the composition. The song also highlights the expertise of B.C. Manjunath on Konnakkol and Mridangam. The Konnakkol exchange between B.C. Manjunath and Sunaad Anoor elevates the overall impact of the composition by adding a unique rhythmic texture, making it a thrilling experience for listeners. It progresses through an engaging sequence of solos, starting with a vocal solo which gives a sense of peace before the high energy song, followed by melodic piano solo and culminating in an intense high-energy violin solo, leaving a lasting impact with its blend of intricate rhythms, vibrant musical expressions and coordination between all the musicians.

A proud teacher moment!

Heartiest congratulations to my dear student Shraya for scoring 148 out of 150 in both practical papers of her Junior Carnatic Music Vocal exam! 👏✨

This result is a reflection of her dedication, regular practice and the sincerity she brings to every class. Watching her grow, from learning the basics to presenting with such confidence, has been a real joy.

A big thank you to her parents for their constant support and encouragement. Behind every young musician there’s a family cheering them on. 🙏

Shraya, this is just the beginning. Keep singing, keep exploring, and keep enjoying the music. So proud of you! 💐
