Roaming the US and Canada in my 24 foot RV. My book, Emotions in Motion, is being released September 19th on Amazon.

POSTS STORIES REELS

Most people accept guilt as an expected emotion.

Just because it exists doesn't mean we need to use it.

You can continue to use guilt, but it doesn't help you grow and it doesn't feel good.

Begin to consider releasing guilt from your life.

Guilt is not a real emotion. It hurts and controls us and others.

Consider what you want from now on for your life.

Guilt is not about you being wrong.

It's about you allowing others to control your decisions and behavior.

Break free of guilt by deciding to make decisions based on what makes you feel the best.

Sometimes, life surprises us in ways we simply cannot explain.

We say something wise and wonder where the words came from. We watch carefully made plans fall apart, only to discover that an unexpected turn led us somewhere even better.

I find these moments fascinating. Are they coincidences? Intuition? Something we have yet to understand?

Later today, I’ll be joining David McLeod, Sara Jane, and Scott Holmes on Soul Empowerment as we explore these intriguing experiences, the connections that link us, and the possibility of learning to trust life’s unexpected turns.

I hope you’ll join us for the conversation.

It's unusual, but there are a few emotions we may choose to release from our life.

Understanding guilt offers reasons to consider guilt an emotional candidate for release.

Take time to ponder guilt's characteristics and use to determine whether you want to keep guilt as lasting part of your own life.

Realign your relationship with anger starting this week! by @ilenedillon

Our information about anger and how it works has led us to misunderstand anger and work with it ineptly.

When we understand and know how to work with an emotion like anger, our ability to regulate the emotion of anger improves geometrically.

It helps to have an understanding of what supports anger to show up quickly.

I am a "Recovered Angry Person."

Would you like to "recover" too?

Too many people decide to postpone or ignore anger.

Doing that creates problems in ways that persistently mess up our lives.

Now is the time for us to work with the anger we experience in order to create our best lives.

We're inviting you to start thinking differently about anger.

And on October 1st, I’ll be hosting a FREE Zoom discussion where we’ll explore anger more deeply and discover what it can teach us.

Stay tuned for more details and how to reserve your seat! by @ilenedillon

Have you ever been so sure you were right, only to discover later that what you believed might not actually be true anymore?

We all carry beliefs about ourselves, our past, other people, and the world around us. Some support us. Others quietly keep us stuck.

Are your beliefs still serving who you are becoming?

That’s what we’ll explore in our next Soul Empowerment conversation: how to question the beliefs we’ve carried for years, revisit old stories, distinguish belief from intuitive knowing, and open ourselves to new possibilities.

Join us for Soul Empowerment # 81: Beyond the Belief Trap.

📅 September 9
⏰ 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT

Come join the conversation. You might discover that something you’ve always believed is ready to change.

In these times of tremendous change, we need to update our understanding of emotions and their role in our lives.

Especially anger!

Now is the time for us to ask ourselves why we have emotions.

24/7/365, birth to death?

Anger is the most active emotion we experience. It has a BIG job to do for us.

When we start cooperating with anger’s purpose and allowing it to help us grow, our lives shift profoundly, and anger takes more of a back seat in life.

There is NEW information and perspective on anger available now, developed over the last half-century.

You are invited to update, transform and empower your own relationship with anger!

And on October 1st, I’ll be hosting a FREE Zoom discussion where we’ll explore anger more deeply and discover what it can teach us.

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “Why bother?”

Not necessarily because something is terribly wrong, but because you're tired of doing, accomplishing, helping, and moving from one thing to the next without feeling that any of it is really taking you where you want to go.

I've had those moments. I suspect most of us have.

And sometimes, I think "Why bother?" is worth listening to—not because it's necessarily telling us the truth, but because it may be pointing us toward something in our lives that needs our attention.

Tomorrow on Soul Empowerment, David McLeod, Sara Jane, Scott Holmes, and I will be exploring that question together.

What does "Why bother?" really mean when we say it? What does it do to us? And what might become possible when we begin looking beneath that thought and reconnecting with our genuine reasons for living, creating, connecting, and contributing?

We'll be talking about passion, our unique talents, connection, and purpose—and we'll have an opportunity to share our own experiences and hear yours, too.

Tonight's the night.

For many years, people have asked me how to stop feeling lonely.

My answer has never been about simply finding more people or staying busier.

Instead, I'd like to share a different way of understanding loneliness—one that has helped many people begin changing their relationship with this emotion and, in turn, with themselves.

If loneliness has been part of your life, I hope you'll join me this evening for a live Zoom work session. We'll spend our time exploring practical ways to understand loneliness and begin working with it differently.

I'd love to have you with us.
