Want to be part of the action as soon as we open? Here's what you need to know. Borrow from hundreds of toys in a way that suits you! Our volunteers are the people who keep the doors open and the toys moving - we'd love for you to consider this option. Spend four mornings or afternoons in the year spreading toy library joy and end up with a membership for just $80! Can't make that commitment? Check out our other options. Any questions? Drop us a comment or send us a DM. by @illawarratoylibrary
🤔 Busy clearing out your kid's toys these school holidays and want them to go to a place you know they'll be loved and appreciated? Let us take these toys off your hands and give them many, many new lives! We've updated our donation guidelines to make the process easier. ✨ 👉 Scroll through to read the items we do and don't accept, and how to donate. Don't forget to email us with a picture or set of pictures of the items to 💌 toylibraryillawarra@gmail.com 💌 so we can make a plan for collection and how we'll incorporate them into our toy library! With much gratitude, Illawarra Toy Library team xx by @illawarratoylibrary
Some bad news, our home at Port Kembla Community Centre is not going to be ready for our previously stated opening date of January. It will be ready in the first half of 2027 and we are taking this time to make the Illawarra Toy Library even more impressive! You can still spot us at event pop ups and our sausage sizzle at Kembla Grange Bunnings on Sunday 15th November, so make sure you're following us and on our mailing list to get all the info as it comes. by @illawarratoylibrary

One spooky spring day in Thirroul...RnBaby and Illawarra Toy Library brewed up a dance & play outdoor pop-up, and it was FANGTASTIC! We loved seeing so many mamas & their babies come along for a groove, playtime & hang out. And there were even some super cute Halloween dress ups too! We're all about building connections, having fun & creating safe + inclusive spaces for parents & their little ones. Make sure you follow @illawarratoylibrary and @rnbabydance to hear about upcoming activities in the Illawarra. Thank you everybody for coming - we hope to enjoy some more outdoor sessions together soon. (P.S. have you seen our Dracula video yet? 🧛🏻‍♀️) 💫 by @illawarratoylibrary
