POSTS STORIES REELS

On the occasion of the bronze prize that this little big adventure film has won I take the chance to post it even here.

I have great memory about this edit with @gonzagamanso working at home, after many days of non-stop travel shooting, with him spending more time in love with my cat Cleo rather than the monitor :P

And of course… a lot of summer nostalgia

This one is a special one for me.

I’ve been more than just an editor, I got so lucky to be involved since the beginning, when this film was just few drawings on a paper.

We worked together crafting all the scenes, trowing out new ideas every day.
Even on set side by side with my fellows @lethansitoplay @romanmartinezdebujo the 3 musketeers is how we like to call ourselves. Gentlemen, thanks for involving me, it has been an honor sharing this one with you.

And even after the edit it took a lot of work and energy, long calls almost everyday (and every night).
It has been quite a ride in this intense month and half.

But now that is there, on screen I can’t feel nothing that gratitude for having been a part of it. Thanks @stayfamilia and @puromgmt

Thanks @kennyjjmeek @maryjohansen @one_eyed_newt you are the real soul of this great idea.

Thanks @metso for being such a gentle soul and the “other post guy” on set

Thanks @natalieuglow @hayitsdavid for your great vibes

Thanks to @mathematic.tv for all the magic you put on every frame
Roy, the 180 degree thing will always remain our little secret ;)

Thanks to @mathieucaplanne for your color art touch
Thanks @massivemusic for the amazing song, and @750_mph for the sound design, Sam you’re a genius!

What else… finally is out and it’s all yours
I’m super proud of it Hope you like it. ❤️ by @ilpresti

The older I get, the more I feel there’s something true about the way kids see life. Stay curious. Keep moving. Go places you’ve never seen. Get closer to the things you love; and the people you love.

Maybe life really is that simple.

The closer, the better.

DOS DÍAS (STILL AFLOAT)

This movie will stay with me for a while, cinema not often portray the old age in this way.
I had the privilege to read it few years ago on plane and immediately felt attached to it.
I only feel gratitude to the production and the director for the freedom and the trust they gave me during all the edit process.
We experiment, discovered and learned so much doing it.
