Your login is the front door to your identity and your money. If someone gets through it, everything behind it is exposed — your balance, your statements, your transactions.

Here's how to keep that door locked:

- Use a different password and PIN for your bank than you do anywhere else. If one app gets breached, your bank stays safe.

- Use passkeys – A passkey replaces your password and MFA with your device's biometrics- your fingerprint or Face ID. Nothing to remember, nothing to type and nothing a scammer can trick you into sharing.

- Password manager- This is a vault where you can store all your passwords in one place without the hassle of having to remember each one of them. Some phones have them by default or you can download a genuine one from your phone’s official application store.

- Turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA/ 2FA). This adds a second check — like a code on your phone — so a stolen password alone isn't enough to get in.

- Always log out. Especially on shared devices, cyber cafés, or a friend's phone. Closing the app does not work to keep you safe. log out.

Your identity is yours. Protect it like it's your money, because it is.

My fellow @imbankke customers are officially off to China! This is the 2nd time the bank is taking it’s customers (56 in total) to the canton fair to help them source directly from manufacturers.

I got a chance to speak to some of them and immediately told my client, ‘Thank you for giving me a chance to interact with such brilliant entrepreneurs!’ What a unique network I formed on this night.
