Leadership is a journey of learning, growth, and service.

I was honored to attend the Mwanamke Kwanza event as a special guest, where I had the opportunity to engage with inspiring women leaders and professionals making a meaningful impact in their fields.

During the session, I shared insights on the importance of knowing who you are, having a clear vision of where you are going, embracing your career journey, and staying committed to hard work.

A special thank you to @mc_enna for creating this empowering platform and the Guest of Honor Dr. Ashura Katunzi from TBS for her inspiring keynote address.

Receiving an award at the event was both humbling and encouraging. This recognition serves as motivation to continue leading with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to creating lasting impact.

Exceptional work by @manifesterbrand 📸 professional, creative and consistently outstanding.

Honored to have joined industry leaders as a panelist at the Regional Conference on Industry Engagement and Skills Development in Dar es Salaam, co-organised by Enabel.

Great conversations around regional integration within the EAC, skills mobility, and aligning vocational training with the fast-changing needs of industry and cross-border trade.

Proud to share insights from the logistics and international Logistics sector on the importance of building a skilled workforce that drives trade, business growth, and sustainable economic transformation across East Africa.

Grateful to have shared the panel with Didacus B. Kaguta from East African Community and Theresia Komba from TradeMark Africa.

Grateful to have facilitated a table discussion at the Women Rising Conference Tanzania 2026 under the theme “Inspired for Significance.”

My session on “Positioning for Significance” was a powerful reminder that significance is not accidental, it is intentional. It requires clarity, preparation, and the courage to step into spaces where our impact is needed.

Each conversation at the table was rich, honest, and deeply inspiring. I am encouraged by the women who are boldly choosing growth, influence, and purpose.

The journey to significance continues.
