A little reminder to stop waiting until you feel ready.

Do the thing. Be cringe. Follow your heart.
You’re probably overthinking it anyway.

Day 26, taking it easy today
See you tomorrow 🤍 by @imelsinora

“You’re just not good at business,” I told myself for years.

Yeah, sometimes I’d forget to send invoices, welcome emails went out late, or sometimes not at all.

Everything lived in my head, and if I forgot something, it simply didn’t happen.

I took all of that as proof there was something wrong with me.

Eventually, I realized I wasn’t actually bad at business. I was just one person trying to remember a hundred moving parts every single day.

Of course things fell through the cracks. There were no systems, no processes, and nothing to catch what I forgot.

So my brain looked at the chaos and assumed I was the problem.

When your business depends entirely on you remembering everything, it’s easy to think you’re failing.

9 times out of 10, you’re not.

You’re just trying to carry more than one person was ever meant to carry.

The funny thing? That voice in my head got a lot quieter once I stopped doing everything manually.

Not because I magically became better at business, but because I finally built something that could catch the things I couldn’t. :)

At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is showing up for yourself. 🙃

People will forget what you said or did, but will you be able to live with yourself if you keep sitting in indecision?

Because at some point, the question stops being, “What will they think?”

It becomes, “What will I think of myself if I never even tried?”

1. Preparing for meetings.
An AI agent pulls together relevant client information, previous conversations, and key things to remember, and sends me a briefing on WhatsApp 15min before the call so I don’t have to go digging through emails and notes.

2. Capturing meeting details.
Calls are transcribed and summarized automatically, with key decisions, client needs, and action items captured so nothing gets lost or forgotten.

3. Automated meeting recaps.
After a call, the client receives a structured recap of what we discussed, and agreed next steps, without me having to manually write it

4. A simplified sales process.
Proposals, contracts, and invoices are templetized & generated through connected workflows, making the process smoother from the initial sales call to signing and payment, without starting every document from scratch.

5. Premium client onboarding.
Once a client’s payment goes through, their onboarding process kicks off completely automatically. Their welcome email goes out, forms and documentation are organised, and their client portal is created with everything ready to go, so they feel taken care of from day one.

This is the thinking behind The Lucky Method 🍀

Connecting the different parts of your business so everything flows from one step to the next, without you having to manually manage every little thing.

A room full of incredible people, deep conversations, new connections, and the kind of energy that makes you want to keep creating, growing and showing up.

Our hearts are still so full of gratitude. What a beautiful night it was. 🤍

We talked about communication and focus, closing those mental tabs, building an intentional network, creating systems that save you time, creating a digital brain and automating the things that don’t need your attention.

The energy in the room was truly something special. ✨

Thank you to everyone who made this night so vibrant!

And of course, the most beautiful setting at @citalent.boutique made it even more magical. 💖

Already looking forward to the next one.
We can’t wait to see you there!

When I started this, I had no idea how much would change beyond just showing up more consistently…

I’m more comfortable with vulnerability and taking imperfect action, I stopped hoarding content in my camera roll, and most importantly, creating feels fun again.

Thank you to everyone who followed along, commented, shared, messaged me, gave me ideas, or just quietly followed along for the ride.

It genuinely meant more than you know. ❤️

Day 30 of 30 days of getting my shit together and overcoming perfectionism publicly 🥳

This chapter is officially done.
Now onto the next one. ✨ by @imelsinora

The biggest win so far is that content started feeling fun again, and the analysis paralysis has almost completely faded.

Thanks for hanging out. See you again tomorrow. 🤍 by @imelsinora

BTS: the life of a founder 😂

Joking, but also… not.

Day 28. See you tomorrow 🤍 by @imelsinora

At some point, you realize you can’t keep waiting for someone else to give you the reassurance, permission or push you’re looking for.

You have to become the person who gives it to yourself.

Day 27. See you tomorrow 🤍 by @imelsinora

The hardest part of filming and posting every day is actually not negotiating with yourself even though you cringe to death hahah

Today I’m practicing that: less overthinking, less perfection, and simplifying the process.

Seriously, just do the thing. It’s easier than it is in your head.

You can do this!

See you again tomorrow 🤍

I’ve heard this a lot lately, so I wanted to share my two cents and what I’ve learned from being there more times than I’d like to admit.
