SAC12 × I’M HER is creating opportunities for girls’ flag football athletes to be seen, developed, evaluated, and connected to the opportunities this game is creating—from college programs and national teams to the Olympic stage and professional flag football. We’re building a platform. 🏈 Our High School Girls Flag Football Appreciation Night brought together 200+ athletes from 20+ high schools at Sacramento State—not just to attend a college football game, but to experience the college environment, build community, and see firsthand where this sport can take them. From our 300+ athlete Jamboree, to Appreciation Night, to college showcases and recruiting opportunities, SAC12 × I’M HER is creating a platform that connects high school athletes, college coaches, national team coaches, brands, and community partners around the growth of girls’ flag football. Our job is to help build the bridge between them. To every young woman helping push this game forward—this platform is being built for you. And we’re just getting started. 💚 #SAC12 #IMHERAthletics #GirlsFlagFootball #WomensSports #CollegeFlagFootball LA28 NextGeneration by @imherathletics

The future of flag football is being built NOW. Honored to attend the LA28 Flag Football Summit alongside @cymulitalo , representing @the_sac12_foundation along I’M HER Athletics, and be part of the conversations shaping the future of our sport. With insights from keynote speakers including @ashleaklam32 , @samrap10 , and @curtmenefee Menefee, the summit reinforced three critical priorities: 🔹 PATHWAYS — Creating meaningful opportunities for athletes to grow, compete, and reach the next level. 🔹 GOVERNANCE, ACCESS & INFRASTRUCTURE — Building the systems, resources, and access necessary for the sport to grow sustainably. 🔹 COACHING & OFFICIATING — Investing in the people and standards that will elevate the game at every level. LA28 is a milestone, but the work starts long before the Olympic stage. It starts with the athletes, coaches, communities, and organizations building the foundation today. At Sac12 and I’M HER Athletics, we’re committed to helping create more opportunities for the next generation of athletes and being part of the work that moves the game forward. The goal isn’t just to grow the game. It’s to build a future where more athletes have the opportunity to be part of it. #LA28 #FlagFootball #GirlsFlagFootball #IMHERAthletics #Sac12 MakingHERstory!!! 🎥🎥📈📈🏈🏈 by @imherathletics

Hi, I’m Taylor Jernigan, a Class of 2028 student-athlete at Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento, California. I play flag football as a quarterback and also compete in softball. I’ve been involved in sports my whole life, and I’m excited to keep growing as an athlete and teammate. This season, I helped lead my team to a Division III Section Championship and huge victories, including a win over Division I Oak Ridge sealed with a game-winning pass. I’m honored to have earned Offensive Player of the Year and the Coaches Award. Current national rankings: #2 in total yards — 9,196 #7 in passing yards — 6,977 #12 in rushing yards — 2,219 I’m looking forward to connecting with college coaches. Please DM me for more information. #ClassOf2028 #FlagFootballRecruiting by @imherathletics

Beyond grateful for everyone who came out to support me at my UA jersey honoring ceremony! 🩷🖤 It means so much to have so many amazing people in my corner cheering me on and celebrating this special moment with me. I’m beyond blessed and excited for the opportunity to represent Under Armour at the All-American Games in Orlando this January! Dreams are becoming reality, and I can’t wait to see what’s next. None of this would be possible without the love, support, and encouragement from everyone who has been part of this journey. @underarmour @uanextfootball @underarmourwomen THANK YOU ALL! This is just the beginning! 🙏🏽🔥 #underarmour #uaallamerican #allamericangames #ᴀɢᴛɢ by @imherathletics
The final whistle may have blown, but our story is far from over! What a journey it’s been! I’m beyond proud of these athletes, the work they’ve put in, the progress they’ve made, and the heart they’ve brought to this season. We’re closing this chapter with great memories, valuable lessons, and so much to be proud of. But the best part? We’re just getting started! 2027, IT’S OUR TIME TO LEVEL UP! The vision is bigger, the goals are higher, and the excitement for what’s ahead is REAL! We’re taking everything we’ve learned and turning it into fuel for what’s next. I know what this team is capable of, and I can’t wait to see what happens when we put in the work and chase our goals together. Enjoy the moment, celebrate the progress, and get ready for the next chapter. The foundation is built, the potential is limitless, and the future is looking bright! 2027, LET’S MAKE SOME NOISE!
