And that’s enough … by @imjustacaat

Wear what you want.
Not for approval.
Not for anyone else’s comfort.
Not to look “appropriate.”
Put it on because it feels right on your body.
Then go dance.
The rest is noise.
The best night this year.
The music was absolutely amazing.
People sweating and still dancing.
What a life. by @imjustacaat

@revolve inspo vs. my version 🖤 Same idea, just with a little more me ✨

My emotions are an ocean.

Vast enough to erase the horizon,
deep enough to keep its secrets.

Everything lives there.

The gentle creatures
that drift beneath the surface,
touching the light for a moment
before disappearing again,

and the ancient beasts
that have learned to survive
where the sun has never reached.

The sea asks for no permission.

The waves arrive like a forgotten memory,
breaking against the shore of my body,
reminding me that I am not the master
of everything that moves within me.

Sometimes the surface becomes still.

I mistake silence for healing.
Stillness for peace.

I convince myself
that I have finally conquered
the storms inside me

my anger,
my bitterness,
my jealousy,
my restless thoughts,
my fears.

I believe I have become someone new.

Then something small happens.

A careless word.
A familiar expression.
A memory I thought had drowned.

And the water opens.

The creatures I thought I had buried
rise from the depths.

The monsters were never gone.

They were only patient.

Waiting beneath the quiet,
breathing in the darkness,
knowing that every tide
eventually returns to the shore.

And I stand there,
watching the waves come back,

wondering if healing
was never about becoming an ocean without storms

but learning how to remain
when the storm arrives. by @imjustacaat

Two years in New Zealand. 🇳🇿

Two years since I packed my life into a suitcase and started again somewhere completely unfamiliar.

It hasn’t always been easy. I’ve learned, struggled, adapted, doubted myself, grown, and discovered parts of myself I probably would never have met if I had stayed where I was comfortable.

I still don’t have everything figured out, and maybe I never will. But when I look back at the person who arrived here two years ago, I know I’ve changed.

New country. New life. New challenges. A lot of small victories.

And through all of it, I’ve had my partner beside me, building this strange little life together, one day at a time.

24 August 2024 → 24 August 2026.

Two years here. Still learning. Still becoming. 🤍 by @imjustacaat

Enjoying this morning’s quick, mystical, and beautiful lunar corona.
The universe is guiding me toward better things.
Everything happening now is shaping me into someone stronger.
I am protected, supported, and aligned. by @imjustacaat

When I truly reflect on time, I understand that we have nothing, nothing at all.

I’ve always been drawn to everything cute and lovely. Yet I’ve begun to realize that this obsession stems from a deep sense of nihilism. Because nothing truly matters in the end, I find comfort in small, adorable things. Ironically, this very attachment has become intertwined with my mental illness.

As we move briskly toward an unknown destination, I still believe that since we are born alone and will die alone, I feel little desire to accumulate material possessions for a future that may never truly belong to me. by @imjustacaat

Sometimes I forget that I once had long hair. Almost the same way I forget that I grew up with a hijab wrapped tightly around my head, never letting a single strand show because it was forbidden to reveal your beauty. It’s funny how life can throw you into something completely opposite, a full 360° shift from where you started.

From the moment I took my first step out of my parents’ home until now, so much has changed.

Life changes. I change. And now, standing here with the wind on my face and nothing left to hide, I’m learning to feel at home in this new version of me. A version that feels honest, open, and finally mine. by @imjustacaat

Today’s reminder to breathe.

Maybe I kept this on my feed because some views deserve to be remembered. The sky was dramatic as hell, orange flames sliding into purple, reflections doubling its beauty like the universe showing off.

Maybe it’s just a sunset, or maybe it’s a sign that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Grateful for what I’ve gained, for the person walking with me, and for my black cat Makhmal who owns my heart every day. by @imjustacaat
