POSTS STORIES REELS

You’re not just building a product, running a team, or launching an initiative.
You’re trying to make change that actually changes something.

But here’s the problem:
Impact isn’t always obvious.
And transformation?
It’s not magic | it’s mapped.

👣 That’s where I come in.

I’m Precious —
A systems thinker, innovation strategist, and framework architect.
I work with people, products, and Impact-driven initiatives to:

📊 Build frameworks that make real change measurable
🧠 Use AI to personalize insight, flag risk, and guide behavior
🧭 Align innovation with policy, culture, and people

From education to youth empowerment to 4+ Industries;
I’ve built and delivered real-world systems that shift how people live, work, and grow.

So if what you’re building is bold, complex, or stuck…
Let’s map the breakthrough.
Because ideas don’t change the world | executed insight does.

Two years ago, I was fighting to keep a client.

Today, I stood in front of another client with a team I once prayed for.

And somewhere between those two moments, I realized…

God wasn’t just building my career. He was building me into a leader.

When I joined my company about two years ago, the tech team was still very young.

I was one of the first full-time people on the team, while a lot of our engineers were contract staff.

And then came one of those clients that will make you question every career decision you’ve ever made. 😂

It was hard.

Really hard.

But I stayed.

I stayed long enough to see the team evolve.
I stayed long enough to see our systems become stronger.
I stayed long enough to forget which client number this even is because, honestly, God has been too good and we’ve grown too much.

And as I sat there presenting, I couldn’t help but think:

“Wow. Look what God has done.”

I started out as a Product Lead trying to figure things out.

Today, I’m a Program Lead, leading across technology and marketing, and growing into the kind of program leadership I once only imagined.

I don’t know exactly what the future holds for me in program management, program directing, and impact.

But I know this:

I want to keep building.

People.
Products.
Programs.
Systems.
Impact.

But most of all, I’m grateful to God.❤️ by @impactbypreciousikade

We’re excited to welcome our final judge, Precious Ikade @precious_ikade , an Applied AI Impact and Sustainability Leader, to the judging panel for the Launchpad Africa Cohort 2 Final Demo Day.

This cohort has been encouraged to do more than come up with ideas.
They've had to build them. Test them. Gather feedback. Iterate. And validate whether the problem they're solving actually matters.
On August 29, that journey comes to the stage.

Precious will join our judging panel to evaluate the solutions, challenge the thinking behind them and provide valuable feedback to our builders.
We can't wait. Read more about Precious: https://lnkd.in/eZKFiycZ

As part of a great gesture, Precious Ikade will be coming with her latest book, The Outcome Advantage: How to Build AI Products That Win, as part of the awards for Best Demonstration of Innovation and Best Demo & Storytelling.

The teams have built. Now it’s almost time to demo.

I remember when building a software product was hard.

Not “I have an idea, let me build it before dinner” hard.

Actually hard.

You needed developers. Time. Money. Technical knowledge. Teams. Months of back and forth just to bring an idea to life.

Now?

You can literally wake up with an idea and have a working product in a few minutes.

And that’s where the real problem begins.

Because if everybody can build…

What will make people choose yours?

Because technical advantage is no longer enough.

Being able to build is no longer the flex.

Building something people actually want, choose and pay for is.

Having built 20+ products across 6 industries and counting, I’ve seen product building from different sides. I’ve seen what happens when teams focus so much on the technical and functionality side of what they are building that they forget to think deeply about why anyone should choose it.

And as an expert product builder, I have put together something for you.

A practical manual built around 5 actionable pillars with evidence based case studies from MIT, Harvard and BCG, that will help you move beyond technical advantage and build an Outcome Advantage.

The kind of advantage that helps your product stand out.

The kind that gives people a reason to choose you.

The kind that makes building easier to translate into selling.

So if you’ve been thinking about vibe coding…

If you’ve been thinking about using AI to finally build that product idea…

Don’t start by building the wrong thing beautifully.

Start with the right foundation.

Something is coming this August. 👀

And no, you don’t need ₦20,000.

You don’t even need ₦10,000.

It’s going to be less than ₦3,000.

Because if you’re going to build, you might as well build something people will actually want. by @impactbypreciousikade

We paused. We went to school. And Tekbuddy is almost ready.

October 2025, we knew something was off. Not the vision but the how.

So we did the intentional thing. I stepped back and enrolled into @ideationhubafrica and came back different.
Because being busy doesn’t change lives. Being intentional does.

What you’re watching is the deployment phase of our web app; three applications, built to address three highly requested needs from established professionals and fresh graduates.

This is what Tekbuddy means when we say we are your Tech buddy.

In a world where technology is evolving faster than most careers can keep up, we exist to hold you through it.
To ensure that as a professional, your career is future-proofed. And as a fresh graduate, that you build something worth protecting.

We are intentional about every tool we’ve built.
We are intentional about the change you will experience.

We are almost here.
Watch this space.

We are your Tekbuddy. Guiding futures. Shaping Careers.

Motherhood has a way of stretching you.

You are nurturing children, managing a home, showing up for people, building a career, running a business, chasing dreams, and somewhere in all of that, trying not to lose yourself.

I know that feeling.

As a mother, I know the weight of wanting to give more, do more, become more, while wondering where the time, energy, and capacity will come from.

That’s why I’m so excited to be speaking at @mothering.honestly upcoming workshop for mothers.

We’re having a practical conversation about AI, not the complicated tech talk everyone keeps throwing around, but the real-life ways mothers can use AI to save time, grow a business, support a career, manage a side hustle, and create more room for the things that matter most.

Because motherhood should not be the end of your growth story.

And the beautiful thing? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Join me on June 20th. Come with your questions, your challenges, your curiosity, and let’s work through them together.

Had an amazing time speaking Moniepoint Women in Tech Mixer and it reminded me of one thing: I carry a deep well of experience.

That confirmation is shaping my next move. I’m building something new with my sister @lucee_oma , and I can’t wait to share it. by @impactbypreciousikade
