Back from Bern for 1 week already but still processing everything that has happened during those 12 days. World Championships are always special. But this this time, wow - Bern has delivered big time. What a fantastic, spectacular and emotional event this was. Fantastic climbing, wonderful people, great vibes and a true beauty of a city. Thanks for everyones great work and hospitality. It was worth every second. 💪🥳🤩🥲🫠❤️ We are still trying to get back to normal.

Almost a year ago we spend beautiful and carefree climbing days in this magical place: Arco. 🇮🇹 😌

Today, these memories feel like a dream: The freedom of traveling and moving around, just like that. Being together with loved ones from all generations and meeting new people - climbers - from all over the world, just like that. Such free and happy times.

After 8 months of this pandemic being present and more months ahead of protecting delicate loved ones and dealing with the struggles of this all, I miss these times more than ever.

So l try to get some light in here and remember: We will make it through all of this. 💪 We will act reasonable and careful. We will protect and take care for each other. Just like in climbing.

And then one day we will be back high on a rock, doing what we love, together with family and friends. Healthy and free. And in my case, hopefully in beautiful Arco.

Until then, stay safe everyone. ✊❤🙏

I missed comp season so much this year. But this reminds me that it will be back someday. Hopefully in 2021! 🙏 🧗‍♀️💪🏅🎉

Didn't buy stamps for a while. But with these I couldn't resist. I really miss climbing. And I miss comp season. 😔 And even though the Olympic Games are postphoned, we can't wait to watch every single qualified climber compete on the biggest stage in sports in 2021!!!
