Oh, the places you’ll go, and the lives you’ll touch along the way. Today is just the beginning.🎓✨ by @in_mycup

Letting go is never a single moment—it’s a season of surrender, a quiet autumn where you watch the leaves of familiarity drift away, one by one. After a year woven into the fabric of a dream, I’ve learned that releasing isn’t failure; it’s the courage to unclasp your hands from what no longer fits, whether that’s the faces that became family or the jiggers that measured your cocktails and ambitions alike. The material things—the branded shakers, the familiar commute, the title that once felt like armor—melt into memory, and what remains is the raw, terrifying, beautiful space of beginning again. Spring doesn’t apologize for emerging from winter’s death; it simply blooms, reckless and green, trusting the soil more than the grief of frost. So too do we, when we choose to start fresh, find that joy lives not in possession but in possibility—in the unwritten page, the unmet friend, the unproven path. And here is the truth I whisper to myself now: every goal you dare to reach, every dream you refuse to abandon even when the ground shifts beneath you, crowns you Champion of your own becoming. Not because you won, but because you kept fighting for you. Never stop fighting for you.

Thanks for the memories- even though they weren’t so great. ✌🏿 by @in_mycup

World Bartender Day 2026 ✨

Bartending feels like standing at an intersection of energy and intentions. On one side there is the “party spirit”- the neon- bright fun of shaking up something loud, colorful, and unapologetically joyful. Those drinks are about momentum, reading the room and matching its pulse; about giving people a reason to laugh a little louder or stay a little longer. Even in that chaos there’s a rhythm: the way you move behind the bar, the way you keep conversations flowing, the way you make someone feel seen even when the place is packed. It’s hospitality in motion

On the other side of the intersection is “craft”- the quiet pride in building a drink with balance, restraint and intention. Craft bartending asks you to: slow down, think about textures, aromas, and the story behind each ingredient. It’s where technique becomes a language and the bar becomes a workshop for creativity rather than just speed.

What ties both worlds together is versatility: the ability to shift from high-energy entertainer to thoughtful creative without missing a beat. That duality is what makes bartending feel less like a job and more like an art you grow into.

In these next coming years I promise to remain passionate and excited for what bartending has in store for me. I promise to always be teachable and inviting to criticism. I promise to continue to find new ways to bring wonderful drinking experiences to whoever crosses my path. Lastly I promise to have the time of my life, and enjoy every pour shake and strain.

Let’s raise a glass for bartenders all over the world. This is our day.
